[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Non refund of security deposit

Dear Sir/Madam,
My father submitted Tata Indicom handset/equipment (Post paid number :[protected] on 9th Nov 2010 to your Bistupur True Value Shop (Hindustan Building) and received the return note also ( Ref No.40072 dated 9th Nov 2010).

He was supposed to get the security deposit of Rs/- 1500 submitted @ the time of connection and additional amount of Rs/- 69 (paid extra). But, still he hasn't received the same.

Everytime we are contacting someone at you end,we are given new deadlines or our call is sent to a new person who further delays the matter.

In this regard, my brother had a discussion with your nodal officer at Jharkhand, Mr.Vijay Kumar Mathur also(copy attached), but of no use. I have personally talked to Mr. Kundan Gupta,Ms.Sweta Sinha and Ms.Bina at Jamshedpur LL numbers[protected] &[protected],but this has lead to new deadlines only.

I hope, the money will be paid asap with proper interest.

After that, I called your customer care on 14th of Jan 2011 for update and they said, I will get my money back on or before 27th Jan 2011. Which didn't happen as per the commitment.


As per my today’s discussion i.e. 28th of Jan with your customer care executive, he said this issue will be fixed on 31of of Jan. Request you to please look into the matter and help me.

3. 1st call to your Customer care : 14th Jan 2011

6. New date provided by your CC agent : 31st Jan.


Note : This issue is open from more than 2 months and I need your support.


As per my discussion with Swetha Sinha today on[protected], I came to know that my connection is still not disconnected because my Tata Indicom Handset is not received by you.

TATA INDICOM NUMBER — SECURITY MONEY BACK

Actualyy I have bought your company number before one year
ago and by some problem I had shut off this number([protected]) and paid all the balance amount on 4th of august
at c.p branch office near palika. And they told to me your balance security money will be courier to you within 45 days. And now its above 45 days so and also I call this
office but nobody pick my call so after this I take the way of internet complaint by the way i am unsatisfy from your service.
so after this I hope you understand me so please take action and
send back my balance security money.

I had a connection of Tata Indicom No.-[protected] which I had disconnected in the month December 2009 and the instrument is taken by company people in January 2010, and he had informed that the security amount will be refund in 3-4 weeks but till date I had written so many mails for refund but thesepeople just give assurance that we are refunding the money but till date it has not happened,

I do hereby putting the complaint against Tata Indicom to do the needful.

TATA INDICOM NUMBER — Mobile number (CLI) not displaying in both incoming and outgoing calls

Recently my tata indicom number converted from post paid to pre paid. But during incoming and outgoing calls the caller number (CLI) is not displaying. Infact it is showing 'No number'. But, when i am using customer care service number 12524, i am getting correct help. Pl do the needful.

My walky connection [protected] was closed in end Oct 13 and despite many emails through your outlets at Manimajra(, Chandigarg) & at Swastik Vihar (Mansa Devi Complex) I have failled to have the security deposit refunded.Very unlike a tata group company. Please expedite
