[Resolved] TATA Indicom Landline — Bills sent after disconnection | |
I had a Tata Indicom landline connection last year. The number was64565849. The service was so poor I personally went to their Thiruvika office and complained around 3rd week of September last year. Their customer service himself mentioned that my phone has not been working from 5th September. In spite of my personal complaint nobody came to repair the same and I again visited the same office ten days later and gave a letter to disconnect the line. Inspite of asking them to disconnect a dead phone line, they are going on sending me bills. How can they go on sending me bills for a phone that does not work???????? TATA Indicom Landline — Worst service
Hi,For the past 7 years i used tata indicom landline. now i am facing a problem in battery back-up, regarding this i raised a complaint to the tata indicom customer care and other officials. But it is keep on loop for nearly 2 months, it's a worst service. Please dont prefer Tata indicom landlines their service quality is worst.

TATA Indicom Landline — Pathetic Service
Hi,I have booked a corporate connection for a Tata Land line phone on 20th May. Today is 30th June and as of now there has been no response.
I have submitted all the documents pertaining to the conection requirement. I cal up the guy who came to me with th eforms and he says that his team leader knows the details. I call him and he says I will get it done tomorrow. I camm him again the next day and he doesnt pick up the phone. I call him from another number and he picks the phone and tells me that he was in a meeting. This happens every alternate day. I had a call with him five days back and he mentioned that he would get it done immediately as there was some loading to be entered on my name in the atabase and it hasnt happened and will happen in another 30 mins and by tomorrow you can have the phone. But that hasnt happened till date. It is almost 40 days now and there is no sign of any phone or any call to explain about the service being provided. The persons name who came with the forms is Nagaraj and his team leader is Venkat. They both work at th eTata Indicom Corportate Office - Khan lateef khan building Hyderabad.
Absolutely pathetic service that s provided by TATA INDICOM and it is a shame on part of such a big organization.
