[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — LOGIN PASSWORD

Dear Sir / Mdm

My Photon Number [protected]. I was unable to login my account. Message is shows that "Your Id has been locked as you have exceeded maximum number o[censored]nsuccessful attempts.Please click on reset password link to reset your password". I reset my password 5-6 times and try to login. But not possible. I requested 4-5 times for help customer care by mail ' Customer Care <Customer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in> '. now more then one month. No reply or help from them.

India's top services provider like this service?

Kindly solve my problem.

I am using TATA DOCOMO gsm prepaid, its no [protected],

when i'm trying to login in my account it say's Your Id has been locked as you have exceeded maximum number o[censored]nsuccessful attempts.

But i forgot my password, hint answers for MY ACCOUNT in docomo to manage my account...is there any possibility to get new password???

I call customer care about this but can't help properly.

so please send me my password as soon as possible...thanking you sir

Above is the message i am receiving when trying to log in to my account.
But i am not able to find reset password link.
