I vame to pune on 3rd May and took Tata Indicom connection from Raj Communication in hinjewadi chowk. I gave him all the required doccuments and my connection was activated within 24hrs.
After one week i was not able to make outgoing calls, spoke to customer care department and they said that your doccuments have not been submitted to us please do it to the tata indicom gallary. So i took half day off and submitted my doccuments in the tata indicom office in F.C road, Pune on 14/05/2011 and they informed me that it will be activated within 72hrs.
Today is 18/05/2011 and i am still not able to make outgoing calls even i am not able to get incoming calls now.
I have provided this number to all my clients, and because of Tata Indicom stupidity (sorry for the language) i am loosing business.
I and a regular Tata indicom customer, i was using there service while in Delhi don't these people have any system on which they can check.
I am really frustrated with Tata Indicom, Please help me I really need my connection to be on ASAP. I have already spend Rs. 900/-
I would also like to add one more thing regarding the custumer service, it really sucks. Peaople working in Tata Indicom Customer Service center don't know any thing. they don't know how to speak to there customers, niether they have any knowledge.

TATA Indicom — unable to make & received calls
I am unable to call on my aircel number ;[protected] i am getting Error :- this facility not avaibale on your phone I have Balance amt Rs.16.50/- & unable to received calls from any number Sample number :- [protected], [protected].Kindly Check & do the needful ASAP.
My Alternate number is [protected]
I am facinf Problem from last 20 days.
Kindly Check & Resove this on Priority.
