[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Wrong information, Overbilling & No satisfactory solutions received till now

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that we purchased a Co-operate connections from one of distributer(D.R. Teleservices, Kalka ji, Delhi) for the Tata Indicom in March,10, where we purchased a Tata Photon+ and Phone Connections, where we like to convert our prepaid number to pospaid, and the person co-ordinating for the deal he told us that u will take a co-operate plan which will be profitable for your firm, he told us the Tata indicom Nano Paln, where the Rental Is Rs. 275 per Month & features told by him are:

1750 Local Calls Free for Every Number
250 std Calls free for every Number
Tata to Tata Unlimited calls
STD and Roaming incoming/ outgoing calls 50 paisa
Local calls to tata & other network is 30 paisa
Which number will be not in use, rental for these numbers will be waive off from the bill.
Rs. 100 discount on bill for 1st three months, When we asked him for written confirmation for the plan he tolds, that he will mail us the details and tata indicom also mail us the plan details when connections will activate..,
but till now we haven't received any confirmation and details for the plan, when we confirmed from customer care so they told us that our plan was activated has Rs. 150 Rental, Local Call: 70 paisa, STD Rs. 1 and roaming charges are Rs. 1.50,, no other benefits are applicable for the plan, we trying to call the ditributer on his personal number and customer care number but no one has picked the phone for long time and if picked up so said sir is not in the office he will call back to me...,when we had last word with Mr. Amit on his number so he said that time also that they will resolved the issues soon.., and before any resolution we haven't get to pay the amount,on E-mail at last he said that the chearges are right and we have to pay the amount after that no resolution found by anyone...,but how we are liable to pay the amount where the wrong information & comitment is there, so we request to Mr. Amit that kindly refund our amount and get back your Tata Photon+ and connections so he replied that is our property,they are not responsible for that,but the time of sale they accepted everythings..,
after that response we again launched a complaint for the same to tata indicom but till now any action and revert not received by them.., just receiving calls for the bill payments when we had word with the tata indicom customer care on 121 so they said that we have to pay the bill otherwise they launched a case, when i asked them for the compalint launched Solution so they said that complaint is on progress and they confirm us the status soon...,

But till now we haven't get any revert or solutions for the plan details, Complaint launched solution and any corrections, and my prepaid number has not converted in to the postpaid from that time to till(From Approx 30 days), which is also a part of these co-operate connections.

Till now our prepaid connection has not converte in to postpaid, no confirmation call and E-mail got by the distributor and TATA Indicom, As per the Comitment given no amount reducing from the bill for non-using connections and the right plan has been not activated...,

with this we purchased a Photon+ connections also, where also the so many wrong comitments and surety with all that if any billing issues and wrong issues will be happened so it's there responsibility to solve it..,

But now when the same issues and plan distrubance come in the Photon+ so no body is agrred to accept it.

Where The limit for the Connection is given Rs. 2500 and the amount Total bill of Rs. 8797 and after corrections they given bill of Rs. 4708, where we have already submited the amount of Rs. 1300, Where the plan information given us by the distributer the maximum bill wil be Rs. 1100,We are not satisfied with the bill and usage given by them, bcoz already we are using 2-3 more connections, so there is not much used that photon+,Now TATA Customer care Said that we have to pay the bills but why we pay the bills before geting any satisafctory solution..,
and like to ask from TATA Indicom, if there is a credit limit of Rs. 2500 so why it exceed up to 7897 and why they never barred the services that time and why not made a confirmation call or E-mail for the exceeding amount or limit, now they gave excusses that exceed limit has crossed so we have to pay atleast 75% amount to re-activate the services...?

for both the issues we launched a complaint but till now any action and revert was not found, and we requested to customer care and the distrubiuter by mails also to resolve the problems soon but response is very slow for the solutions but the time of payment they are rise and making calls to pay the amount before any satisfactory services..,

Here we like to ask Again from TATA Indicom that why quick action not taken agaist the distributer and why most of time clients will suffer due that, where they are geting mental stress, loss of work and finacial..,Is there Tata indicom paying salary for there employess and distributership to provide wrong informations and stress to the clients or customer?.., why they have not completeing there duties like, if distributor sold any plan behalf of tata indicom so they have to provide the confirmation call with introducing the plan and right details so that customer will decide that he opted right services & Company..., & Who will be responsible for that financial & Work loss and stress taken by the clients..


Issues are so Many with the services..., But right Now We like to request to you that kindly forward the complaint to the right person who will able to give us a quick & Satisfactory response and solutions for the same..., We are just suffering due that and our work was hamper due to non connectivity of Phones and Net Connections.

We recomend to the others that, kindly do not deal with D.R. Teleservices, Kalka Ji, Delhi, where the Mr. amit, Abhitender Tiwari, Deepti, Anup and Raj has conversating with me and making wrong information and comitments so safe yourself for future deals with them.

Thanks for your response...,

how is it possible sir number is working fine even i received call from tata for bill payments til today, so how can my number will be not reachable...,

till now no solutions found for the complaints and from the D.R. Teleservices...,
& no status found for the action taken or confirmation against the complaint and Distributor, and when last time i called up to customer care then found response that the complaints was closed by tata indicom, but when i asked for the status so no revert found then i also requested to customer care to launch a complaint against this so they replied that i have to visit at D.R.Teleservice for the solutions, and this is not satisfactory response found, bcoz there is we not have to confirm the things from anywhere, We Paid for the services commited to us, and the services could be provided by the service providers end.., IS it?

My prepaid numbers are given by him which was not using these days are :

Number which has be converted on the same scheme from prepaid to postpaid is [protected].it has been not converted till now...,
For all the things, payment has been already made to D.R.teleservices...,

our work was totaly disturbed due that and our office was close from starting weak of april, 10, but the satisfactory response never found from TATA Indicom & D.R.Teleservices till now, in end we left the call to you both after 21th April..., so kindly confirm that who will be responsible for my loss and who will bear it, TATA INDICOM or D.R.Teleservices...,

Few days Ago we also received a call from tata Customer care, where the executive asked me for providing me the same plan commited to me earlier, I said ok just solve the previous issues and give me in written will pay the amount so he said that they will do that and the written confirmation and the things will be send us on our mail [protected]@gmail.com, but till now the no reponse was found... continously we reciving calls from TATA INDICOM, time to time for payment, but when i asked action taken for my complaint and solution for my problems so reply received that will be solved soon, but at end time of solution, no response found.


So look for the issue from starting to till and provide us a solution for our problems faced by us...,

dear tarun,
normally i disagree with your mail as it is quite not possible to continue the connection after credit limit untill unless special approval to open the connection is taken so dealer must help him out on his request to open the connectio but after using the connection upto 8000 rs if you say dealer is not supporting or not helping in giving discounts then it is not worth. if you used the connection then it is your responsibility to pay the bill.
and no dealer wish to take the clawback as you bounced the first payment. so dealer must have to pay 4*1100=sim connections and 1*1100=for photon plus that means dealer already beared 5500 penalties on your connections that means you made him to bear a big loss so tell me who will bear his loss.
that is one reason i disagree with your complaint.

my complaint is about the dealer that he provide us a wrong information to sold out the connections, which has been already written in the above complaint and to your customer care..., but after that we already submited our bill payment of Rs, 1300, due to comitments of dealer but in end no body supports us, not even, Tata indicom Customer care, due that we have to closed our office from the locations and our worked was hamper and got financialy loss..., and till now we just reciving call for the payments and when i asked for my complaint solutions, then every time they said that they will check and revert with the solutions but after that no solution got and again received a call for the payments and the procedure can restart, but from april to till we haven't got any solutions and if you said that we used the Net connection its fine, but when the dealer offered us a plan for unlimited so why we not use the net, and again my question raised that why the written confirmation and welcome call not made by the Tata Indicom for the same so that will aware for the right plan and information, able to get decision for continueng plan or disconnect...,

and hope there is no mistake mades by our end, but we got the Losses, now due that our investment for the office and other things beared a loss and the final solution was not received till now..., Dealer received the amount with Advanced monthly rental, But we haven't got the services for that amount and the solutions for our problems till now...,


So We request to you that kindly provide us a solution, so will makes payment, and also provide a solution that what loos we beared due to dealer and Tata Indicom's end will beared...
