[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Photon Plus — Fraud & Harrasement by Executive & Company

Dear all at customer care,

I think & hope that you people are not at all understanding to what i have to complain about. I told that ur executive (Sunil) confirmed me that my plan would be an hourly plan & after his confirmation i have signed the documents, again i have not been provided with any such acknowledgement from your end & i have signed the form as per what i have been guided for hourly plan. Now if your executive commits wrong & my plan is not according to what i have asked for then its not my fault . This seems very clear that it is a FRAUD done to me commiting something & charged me for some other plan which i am not concerned. Apart from it no proper guidance is gioven to me or any acknowldgement is given to me from your executive except the receipt of initial payment for your instrument.

Secondly, I have never asked for a ADJUSTMENT ever, i dont understand why i am forced to do adjustments or even talked... I will pay the amount but only for what plan has been committed to me n not for the other plan which i am asked to pay forcefully after a WRONG COMMITMENT BY YOUR EXECUTIVE. I repeaat IT IS CLEAR CASE OF FRAUD DONE TO ME & ALREADY PROVED THAT THE BILL IS NOT OF HOURLY PLAN (WHICH SCHEME I HAD OPTED AT THE INCEPTION & YOUR EXECUTIVE SUNIL HAS AGREED TO, AND IF HE IS SO GENUINE HE WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BUT THAT WAS NOT PROVIDED TO ME. I CANT TRUST YOUR WORDS OR CONCLUSION BECAUSE IF YOUR EXECUTIVE CANT MENTION MY MOBILE NUMBER PROPERLY HOW HE WOULD HAVE OPTED HOURLY SCHEME AS SUGGESTED BY ME DURING INCEPTION OF OPTING YOUR PHOTON+ INSTRUMENT.

Sourcing tata photon instruments & plan is your business & as a customer i should be informed everything which your executive did like confirming me hourly plan at inception coz i was hardly using IQARA CONNECTION earlier for 3 GB -2 Months which was sufficient for me and thats the reason i opted for hourly plan & assured i will get the same.

But, Ultimately i think you people have given your verdict on what you have to do & done instead of resolving Customer Concern. And for me also its high time to deal with you & explaining every bit of it & Finally Decided to CHALLENGE THE ENTIRE ISSUE IN CONSUMER FORUM along with FRAUD & HARRASEMENT by tuesday 20th April 2009 against your Notices received.

As per my last communication & discussion with shreyank still i am waiting for your response from customer care on confirmation for which plan the bill is generated ? As you have send me a statement which does not states what plan it is & still i have been repeating that your executive has confirmed that my plan is of 30 hours per month.

Your telecallers are calling me now & proposing me that i can get a wavier if so, either the bill generated is not of the plan which has been communicated to me or there is some other issues at your end.

And again your legal dept has issued a notice stating that i have undersigned the documents, yess i have undersigned the documents confirming many times after your wecexcutive confirmed me that my plan would be 30 hours free for a month, & if then he misuses my authority i am not laibale to be at fault & this has really getting on my nerves n checking out my patience. I need to get it resolved & need a clarification on the entire issue what shud be done ASAP. I think its heights of Asking help now or ask some of your higher authorities to get involved & solve the matter. I shud in no case to be harrased if the communication gap is between ur executive & billing department & this seems to b a clear case of fraud done with me... commiting something else n getting bill generated for some other plan.

This mail is in regard to pathetic service issue & harrasement done to
me since last 2 months.



I got TATA photon+ in the month of dec 09 wherein i have asked the
executive to get me the HOURLY plan instead of minutes plan. He assured
me & did the formailities & assured me that i would get Hourly plan i.e.
30 hours / month.



suddenly after a month i received a bill of some 3400 Rs. for which i
asked several times to you executives those who use to call me for a
detailed usage bill & all the time i was assured that it will be
provided to me as the bill of 3400 Rs. itself created doubt for me for
which i asked the bill as i have been using 3 GB - 2 months from you
telecom & my usage was still less n my balance use to just go in vane
during that also , but everytime no one turns up & this continued till
date & nobody is guiding me also. Secondly, the telephone number
inserted by the executive is of my Wife's number & she is harrased like
anything for the payment (despite asked to executive to mention my
mobile number during form filling which is [protected] [protected] instead of
[protected] [protected]).



As being into travelling job i am unable to reach your local office, i
am continuely asking to provide me detailed usage bill which nobody
bothered to provide me till date assuring me that it will reach me in
short span of time or an executive will be at my place with the same &
above all i have been furnished with a legal notice to pay my bill
through some lawyer.



This is enough of asking for help & for which i am furnished with legal
notice n forced to pay without providing me service & ultimately today i
hv been told that it is not possible at all to get a detailed bill of my
usage... n the bill clearly depicts the scheme which says it is some
HSIA USB 500 Min Plan.



the amont 3400 is not that big but unless m satisfied i may not pay the
bill & looking forward to challenge the notice in consumer forum if
still this continues & not provided with detailed bill.



Requesting you all to look into it & please this is a humble request
before taking some unwanted step as i m totally harraseed by the level
of services from TATA indicom people. This entire issue is getting on my
nerves & looking forward for a solution to it ASAP.



today a guy again called me finally & told me that detailed bill cannot
be given as it is not possible he is Mr. Mehul Goswami (+91 [protected]) (+91 [protected])
& the despite asking detailed bill i m forwarded the same bill of 2
pages by some shreyank sutaria to whom i am marking CC for this mail.

TATA Indicom — fraud done by the executive

I sanjay asawa applied for a new wireline connection under scheme no rental of 2999rs on 02/01/2008 through the executive Mr.Sarma mobile no:[protected].
The person has taken a cheque from me and provided us the new number[protected] and till now no response from him.After trying from various numbers when he receives the call he disconnects it when recognise me.Kindly solve this matter within 06/02/2008 and take neccessary action on the executive.otherwise i will take it to the consumer court.

I have taken a new Tata Photon Plus Connection(#[protected]) on 3-July-2010. The connection rate is very slow. The actual rate of data transfer is around 80kbps and download speed is around 20kbps across day and night. I lodged a complaint. The customer care people are in no way sync with each other. In my every interaction, I have received a different commitment and feedback from them. They are asking for 14 days to resolve this issue.

These people will trouble you by sending technician people everyday and taking your time. You will spend time talking to the customer service people but at the end of the day your issue will not get resolved. Whenever you will ask them they will say "Sorry for the inconvenience created. We have forwarded the issue to the concerned department".

The issue lies in the tool and the service itself. Instead I would recommend each one of you to consider ourselves as fools whoever is using Tata Photon Plus. Lets accept the money we have lost instead of running after these people. This will kill our money and time.

I have logged a complaint regarding the Tata Photon Speed Issue. The docket no. is[protected]. This issue is not yet resolved. I am getting a speed of 80kbps which is far away from the expectation. Even the technician visited has no clue of it. The rate of file download is even more worse which is around 10-20kbps.

The call was supposed to be closed by 6-July but still it is pending and I got no reply from your end. I have repeatedly asked the customer service before taking the new connection about speed and service. I need internet facility for my official purpose and it is difficul to work with such an organization who is not at all professional and far away from commitments.

After taking a new connection less then a week(3-July-2010) back I really feel getting betrayed.

Please do me a favor. Please discontinue my connection and take away the usb device and give me my money back.

I have taken a new Tata Photon Plus Post Paid connection dated 3-July-2010. My photon no. is [protected].

The connection speed is horribly slow. While testing with your speedometer I found that the transfer rate is around 1-20KB/sec.

I really feel sorry after taking such a connection. Is this the expected speed rate? Moreover video chats and all are also of very low quality. The call gets disconnected very frequently.

I am having tata photon+ no. [protected]. I am using it since 2009 when it was just launched in Patna.
At the initial timings it was providing very good service. As the time it came to be very famous & well known in the matter of speed it is very sorry to say that now the service of TATA Photon IS VERY VERY WORST.

Also I will recommend every one to pl do not be foolish like & other wise you will also have to suffer.
