Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the above subject & the respective attachment we would like to inform you that we have returned our TATA INDICOM WALKY Handset on 28th April '2010. During handing over of the handset we have intimated that the refundable amount cheque shall be sent to the residential address of the applicant within three months time. While we have visited TATA indicom office at salt lake office on 05th Aug '2010 the cheque was not ready & tata indicom representative has asked for one more month & ensured couriering the cheque to the residential address before 28th of August that is by 4 months from the date of handing over of the set. I surrendered my tata walky landline 5 months back and the instrument was taken back by tata tele services ltd. at 2-A Old Ishwar nagar, main mathura road new delhi on 24/7/08. My account no. was[protected] and ph no. [protected]. I have cleared all my bills and all the legal formalities. Since then nearly 3months have passed and I have not got my security deposit of Rs 1000. I have registered my complaint many times but till now no action has been taken.
I hope I will get my dues back.

I surrendered my TATA Indicom Walky No.LG LSP 350T on[protected]. Five months are over, and till date I did not receive the security deposit money. One of my friends, Dr. Santanu Chatterjee is also facing the similar problem. I would like to know the reason for which TATA Indicom authority is not refunding the security deposits!

TATA TeleServices — Instrument not working since three months
Tata Wireless phone No. 65053672 not working for three months complaint lodged on 29th may 2010 and have been following the same with them regularly and their response is that they dont have a handset to replace at the moment.I find that hard to believe,but thats besides the point.The fact is that inspite of repeated reminders there has been no positive response from them and they have not bothered to send anybody to solve the problem not even a technician to see what coukld be the problem.I would like to know what course of action I can take to solve the issue.
