Sub: Complaint against the Tata Motors Dealer Vasu Automobile, Meerut

Dear Sir

This is regarding our Tata Indigo Car number UP15 AH 3299 for which we had registered a complaint few days ago for its faulty clutch.

We had problem with its clutch since last 1 year, we complained for it 3-4 times in one year with the Dealer Sri Vasu Automobiles, most of time they changes its cable and once they changed its pressure plate which is mentioned in the record at the dealer. We also paid for the cable but not even once the problem was recitified. Now we had send it one more time 3-4 day ago and till date car is with them and they say that problem is rectified as they say that they have now changed the whole clutch kit i.e Clutch plate, pressure plate and cables etc. Had it been obserevd in the beginning then the whole kit was not supposed to change. SO where are we at fault?

We had 4 Tata Cars in the past Dl 1C g 5199, DL 3C Q 7299, HR01 R 0506 & HR 18 A 2492. We never compalained unnecessarily in last 10 years of our relations with Tata Motors.

We have no clue that if we are complaining for a fault in the car from last 1 year and the Dealer and its service centre is unable to rectify it or find out the nature of fault then why are we supposed to pay for it. Its very obvious that if problem is not solved in the beginning then its going to be worsen in time span of 1 year.

The owner Mr Gaurav says that we are free to compalain to Tata Motors, but we will have to pay Rs 6500, its not a hefty amount but its sarcastic that they cannot rectify the problem and asking for the Payments.

We will not talk to any person at Sri Vasu Automobiles, kindly you take any action you feel like and we are not at all happy with service. If Tata Motors is not bothered with their prominent customers then its upto them.
