Sub: Complant regarding TATA INDIGO LXI Sir, It is to inform you that I sent my vehicle TATA INDIGO LXI Chasis No.P68052 as Engine No. WO2139 for service to your Dealer M/S General Automobiles. Alwar. Due to some defect in the Cylinder Head my vehicle remained in their Work-shop for 15 days because the Cylinder head was supplied form your pune Ware House. My vehicle was not repaired satisfactorily and still missing. Engineer from Jaipur also came but they also do nothing only they gave assurance. The work is not satisfactory. I purchased a tata indigo dicor from Metro motors ambala cantt one year back. From the very first day i m facing some problems with the car. first day when i parked my car, on next morning i see some oil drops under the car. this problem finally solved after 3 months, now the existing problem is that some times car does not attain a max. speed more than 80-90 kmph inspite of full accelator . also some noise is coming from engine .also the fan starts after10-15 minutes drive. i drove this car only 15000 km in a year. i get it chcked by Joshi auto zone chadigarh twice but all in vain problem still exist kindly suggest me .
