[Resolved]  Tata Indigo Manza — TATA INDIGO MANZA AURA ABS - (Production fault car replacement)

Dear Sir,

I have purchased GJ1KD7357 (TATA INDIGO MANZA AURO ABS) from cargo motors ahmedabad, since my purchase i found my central locking device is faulty, and my car never get locked , i have informed the concern persons on the same day, they assured me to resolve this issue, which was handled after one month, they have replaced bcm module and told me the issue is been resolved but still i am facing same problem.

since 1st of this month i am facing a very big manufacturing fault,
1. Car's central lock gets opened during my drive.
2. Even i stop car some i am unable to open my doors from inside except driver door.
3. i go to cargo motors on 4th and demonstrated the same to the General Manager (Contact No. [protected]), Services Manager
,cro, and one mechanic and also to Mr. Suri,

they contacted tata motors customer support manager mr. gumit about the same. but they din't respond me for this problem and rudely behaved to me, and told me they will check and call me next day at eleven and told me to get my car at home in the same condition.

even from cargo motors general manager told me he will rais a mail to higher authority for the seriousness of this problem and mark a cc to me, (but i waited till 5 o'clock next day i dint got any call or any email)

On same day later evening when i reached my home suddenly all doors get closed from inside , for the same i have contacted tata motors tool free help line my complain no. is 1-[protected], after an try of 1 hour i was able to come out of my car from window.


4. next day (5th august 2010) i wait for the response from cargo motors and mr. gumit, but they dint call me for the same. they i rushed to cargo motors with my faulty car by putting my life into risk, but i dint found any response from general manager, cro, service manager,

once again they called mr. gumit, but he also din't responded to cargo motors , while i called him once again he had responded me very badly and behave like am a beggar who is begging for my car. and he show me doubts to the workman ship of cargo motors and denied me and cargo motors to come down their and check the problem and told me to resolve this issue at my owns.

i found really worst behavior from Tata motor's Customer Support Manager (mr. gumit), Ahmedabad.

then i raised this issue to mr. suri (cargo motors, ahmedabad) but he also escaped and told me that this is manufacturing fault and you should consult tata motors and also tole me to go to tata motors ahmedabad office.


after paying a huge amount of rs.7.50 lac rupees from my hard earned money, i have faced a lotsoff problems from tata motors and cargo motors. and found me and my family in a very big risk of life.

so the conclusion of this whole matter is : I Want full refund of my car along with my mental harassment & my precious time compensation.

Kindly help me for the same asap.

Tata Motors — lots of manufacturing problems in manza car

i purchased a tata manza quadrazet abs from rama motors okhla just one & a half month back, when i got delievery of car then i found some manufacturing problems & i told them about that & they essure me to rectify all that problems.when i take my car on the road then i found some more problems & i note down all that in first service which was due in one month. after service i take my whecle back to home but i found all that problems are still there in the car & its going bigger.sir, i am very much disappointed & i hope some serious action from tata's end.

i purchased tata nano cx fromdada moters ludhiana. after 15days ifound coolent leaked automaticaly, icontectedtatamoter abohar workshop, after checking they said defect found in tTEMPRETURE SWITCH but after 20days they not arranged above said switch after one month i gotfirst serviceat abohar tata workshop without replacing temp.switch i mvery much disapoited with the behavier of tata or dada moter staff& i hope some serious action from tata side balbir singh hira abohar [protected]
