@sandeepsikar: Did you know what is the problem with the car? just because of attitude of Service center guys, you can't dismiss a good product. Agreed TATA have a long way to go in A.S.S.
i have a Maruti Wagon R, very less used. It has gear shift problem. been to maruti service station n number of times to get it solved. if you hear the reasons you will die of laughing. Fist reason, Sir your car is not used, try driving it more (If thats the state of gears when used less, god knows what will happen when i use it more). Second, Sir the entire lot has such problems and etc etc..
the point is After sale in this situation, which can be real pain in a$$ anywhere with any company.
@ sanjoy: dear, are you sure it isn't mist? during rains, there may be mist on front glass. try using blower on the glass. if its with visibilty, then try using potatoes, cut it into half, rub it on outside of glass. the water drops will slide down very quickly.
