Dear Sir
I didn’t want to take a customer complaint to your level. Today in economic times you have mentioned " Ratan Tata offers full support to Dalit's Cos" , before kindly help your loyal customer I have been cheated with manufacturing defect vehicle. usually when one buys a vehicle it should be trouble free at least for 3 years but my trouble started from the 2nd month, no ears to listen. half the time my vehicle is in the tat authorized workshop only. with all odds i have been managing with vehicle every now and then calling customer support to start my vehicle. You can see yourself in two years how many times i have called your on road customer support.

Today again my vehicle is lying in OBeroi cars authorised workshop of tata....
enough is enough kindly replay my vehicle or pay back my money and also for mental and physical harrassment i have been facing. In less than 20, 000 km i have visited the workshop and called for on road customer support more than 50 times. In a year alternator, battery problem started......

It is a big question mark on product reliability and durability

I purchased Tata Indigo CS GLX ltd version car from elegant motors (A-One Motors) Registration No. DL 10C 0494

I am facing lot of problem since then, I got my car serviced only from Atuomobile Sterling (AS), NOida One of the tata approved service center.

Within a year battery has gone down. I had to call break down people to start my car consecutively for four days inspite of regular visit to tata service workshop- AS on all four days. they were not fix the problem. We had to be really very furious on 4th day and they took one full day to put a service battery as they said they will not do it from their end and had to be done from Exide people. The service battery hardly worked for four days, now my car is not starting up. what should i do.

Am I being harrassed as I am lady owner??????????

Do I need to go to for each part of the car to different outlet???????????????

I am quoting only the latest incident..
on 23.08.2010 the wiper of the car at the side of steering was not working and it was raining very heavily, with great difficulty i managed to go the automobile sterling workshop and they took almost one and half hour to fix up a small problem of wiper i.e. i reached at 9.00 a.m. at the workshop and could come out only 10.30 a.m. and i had miss very important meeting.

If within one year I had face so much problem ......... then how do i go about it in future?????????????

I will really appreciate if my car is replaced or my money is returned back immediately.

We also own Maruti for last 6-7 years not even once we had to face any problem.
