I had given my Tata manza to your service centre here in neelankarai on east coast road, there was a problem with the ac cooling. They charged me 9000 rs and returned the car after two days claiming everything fixed etc. Within a day we had to call them with the same problem. They kept saying we ll talk to our manager and get back to you, where I don't understand whats there to talk to anyone when the owner is complaining, after repeated calls they ask for the car, check it and claim the fan is broken. Will order product and call back in two days. Now they want me to pay again for the labour charges etc, is nt it supposed to be done foc ?
