With regret I am here to inform you that my car Tata Indigo ecs was purchased from tata Prgoti Motots, Jorhat, Assam on 03/05/2012. 2 free sevicings ws made. But on the 2nd servicing (5544 kms) i.e. on 08/06/2012 there was a problem on the rear wheels. The two rear tyres were totally worn out which was shown to two of the staffs and they took photographs of it. I have requested several times but They said that it has to be given to the company of enquiry. But today i.e. on 14/07/2012 I went there but there response was nil. It’s almost two month still problem is not solved. So, now I want to solve my problem within 4 days otherwise I have go to consumer court for not responding customer queries and taking legal action.
I urged you kindly to look after the matter as soon as possible.
