I bought a Tata Indica Vista car (KL01 BD 6119) on Novermber 2011. At the time of delivery itself there were many issues related to the delivery and quality of the parts in the car. I raised a complaint for this in the site before (http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/tata-motors-kerala-c679122.html
The issues which I found was:
1. Sound from front left
2. Rear dicky door not opening and closing properly
3, Misaligned front bumper
I took the car for first service and informed the service centre of the complaint. When I received the car I found that the issue still persists. I raised a complaint with Tata and there were no suuitable resolutions. After that I took the car for next service to the same service centre. I informed about the issues. They promised me that they would resolve it. Nothing happened. Then again I raised complaint with Tata Motors, based on this complaint I took my car again to the service centre. They resolved one issue which was a sound coming from front left of the car. The issue with the misalignment of the front bumper was still there. The service centre is claiming that there isno misalignment and it is normal. But I showed him cars which were there for service having perfect front bumper alignment. I did not accept their claim and raised the issue with Tata,
The Tata manager asked me to take the car to the service centre again to verify whether the issue is due to manufacturing defect with the bumper itself. I informed the manager that service centre could very well update him about the matter since they had checked my car three times. After this there is no infromation from Tata Motors.
I as a customer feels dejected and cheated by Tata and the service centre. I kave been a loyal Tata customer for the past 12 years. Before this Indica Vista I was using old generation Indica (Registration Number: KL01 T 6542) which I bought way back in 2000. But now having seen the customer service and quality of the Tata Motors I feels otherwise.
