[Resolved] Tata Motors FD — FD MONEY RETURN | |||
Dear Sir, With great displeasure I bring to you notice the negligence happening at TATA motors for FD withdrawal. My FDR no : 604054 Date of Maturity : 13.04.10 Date of submission of receipt : 23.04.10 Submitted through : Bajaj Capital ( By hand) Amount deposited : 40,000/- I have deposited for an FD at TATA Motors & also opted out for withdrawal on the above said details. Also I have received my Cheque for the interest amount promptly. But great disaster starts after that, till today I have not received the principle amount. I get a feed back that it is in the name change dept, whereas I have not asked for any name change. Even this is not clearly communicated. Link Intime India is such a Registrar that I am not able to get his number. For such huge client base he has only 2 landline numbers which are always busy. No dedicated resource for handling complaints. I have not seen such a Worst Registrar. Also people don’t respond properly. TATA Motors FD section – Only one number is available. I am in touch with Mr. Santosh, but is not able to help me out. I am calling him daily almost 3 times a day. Morning he tells me to call in After-noon & after-noon he tells he is still checking & evening he tells to call tomorrow so that he will update. But I am not getting any help from him. I have not been given any number from him for making an escalation also. With lots of great difficulty I have got this e-mail ID. Even when Bajaj Capital persons calls/Visits Link intime India or TATA Motors no proper response. End point – I think there I have not made any profit my investing my money in TATA motors FD as I am loosing more than my money earned as interest in following up with TATA motors & Link Intime. Also I expect interest for the amount for the time duration delay from your end. Expect an early reply along with a contact number to follow up further. Was this information helpful? | |||

mine is the same case. but the irony is that no one even responding and i don't have contact number where to reach. i wonder how much interest they have earned on idle investment cases like this. i would infact compare them with local chit fund agencies who lure the people first and then suddenly get vanished (many cases are happening now a days in delhi).

Stay away from ICICIDirect, Tata Motors Fixed Deposit and LinkIntime Registrar.
Dont invest in them, if you dont want to make your life miserable. You will have to wait endlessly to get your own money back when your fixed deposit is matured. They are thick-skinned professionals.
I'm telling this based on my own experience.
Dont use these services. They are and just dont care about their customers. Dont risk your money in their unprofessional hands.

Stay away from ICICIDirect, Tata Motors Fixed Deposit and LinkIntime Registrar.
Dont invest in them, if you dont want to make your life miserable. You will have to wait endlessly to get your own money back when your fixed deposit is matured. They are thick-skinned professionals.

I have also frustating exp. if you have to call then you required minium 50 Rs balance in your phone a/c. bcz it will always kept you on queue.. and even if you position in queue is zero there is no gurentee that you get chance to speak with any person... and if you are luck they told us that email... when you do email ...you will not get any acknowledement or any answer... great service by link
Agree, they too money online, why shouldn't they return directly after maturity!! I am also a victim of the same.
Tata motors fixed deposit cheques of interest — not getting 3 envelope of interest amount cheques
i m himanshu d patel residing at 30 shree krishna kunj soc ,jetalpur road,alkapuri , baroda 390005as i discussed with tata motor fixed deposit section at mumbai they have dispetch me interest amount at date 30/5/2011 but still since 2 months i m facing problem not getting this three envelope which is already sent by tata motors fixed deposit section from mumbai
following is the detail of 3 speed post no which is not received by me since 2 monts so please do favor for me for tracking this three post which is as folllows

Yes I agree with you all, like you and me so many investors are suffering from TMLFD systems. This is the only way, to make more money from the investors.
I had created four TMLFD’s through icicidirect.com consisting numbers 600991, 602366, 602809 & 600308 worth Rs. One Lac. In two TMLFD I opted interest quarterly payout and in others two on maturity. All the time I received interest through ECS and always paid timely, so, I was confirmed that like interest my principal amount will also be credited to my a/c through ECS. But after fifteen days of maturity when I did not receive my principal amount then contacted Tata Motors Ltd. FD division on 24th Apr 2012 on telephone numbers and time as mentioned below:

They replied you have to submit the original FD duly signed on revenue stamp, when I asked on which address, replied as printed on the FD’s envelope. On 27th Apr 2012 I sent four FD’s by Blazeflash courier No.[protected] &[protected] to Link In Time, Mumbai address. See the fun, on 04th May icicidirect.com is informing through e-mail regarding maturity of FD’s with other address TSR Darashaw ltd.
In May second week, once again I contacted to Tata Motors Ltd. FD Division, they told our Link In Time office is closed and now TSR Darashaw is dealing. Your documents may take few days extra to reach in our new office. In third week once again I contacted TML FD division no satisfactory reply and guided me to contact TSR Darashaw. I contacted TSR Darashaw but no satisfactory reply.
In this delay if I blame to Link In Time, TSR Darashaw, TMLFD Division or ICICIDIRECT.COM will not be only sufficient because all are involved directly or indirectly in this corrupted system.
MY SIMPLE QUESTIONS:
"ONCE INTEREST IS PAID BY ECS THEN WHY NOT PRINCIPAL AMOUNT IS PAID BY ECS."
WHAT IS THE USE OF CREATING FD'S ONLINE (THROUGH ICICIDIRECT.COM).
ONE SIDE MOST OF THE COMPANIES ARE ADVERTISING, AVOIDE PAPER WORK AND USE ELECTRONIC SYSTEM TO MAKE ENVIORNMENT GREEN AND BE ENVIRO-FRIENDLY OTHER SIDE TMLFD IS NOT ACCEPTING ECS SYSTEM.
If address of the company is changed then why not it is intimated to the investors timely.
I would like to suggest the investors please avoid TMLFD’s, Best option is BANK FD's ONLY,

Tata Motors Ltd. Fixed Deposit — Fixed Deposit receipt not yet received by client
Our Cilent Mrs. Niru S. Acharya invested Rs. 6 lackh in April 24/04/09 in Tata Motors FD, FDR No. 206518, they did not recived FDR for the same till date.As I talked with Mr. Jaisingh regarding this matter.
Please mail us the form for receiving lossed FDR.
Kindly look into the matter & reply urgently.
