Hi Guys, I am someshwar presad (Tribhuvan Prasad) I have a TATA Indica car which my father bought For loan, tata finance loan account no- [protected] in year 2007.After some time Jan- 2009 this vehicle is theft & vehicle not found. Further under insurance this claim is setteld. When I asked TATA Motors Finance to do the full and final settlement of remaining loan amount. I spoke to your rep. pls setteld this loan account who told me this amount is settlement Rs- 1.5 Lacs.when i am agree this loan amount settelment. your legle finance rep. (I also spoke to TATA MOtors finance executive) who did full and final settlement Rs/- 1.8 Lacs.So kindly request to you pls settlement this loan account Rs/- 1.5 Lacs as soon as posible and have full and final settlement letter from TATA Motors finance and receipt also for the payment.

Dear Sir,

I am Someshwar Prasad, I have a TATA Indicia car bought for loan, Tata finance loan account no- [protected] in year 2007.After which I asked TATA Motors Finance to do the full and final settlement of remaining loan amount. I did the payment of F&F on 26th Dec 2009. I have not received the NOC till now. When I spoke to TATA Motors customer care they told me that Loan is not terminated yet and certain amount is still pending. He is telling me that this is all fraud. Full and Final settlement of car loans never happens. You should file a case against TATA Motors Finance. I also spoke to TATA Motors finance executive who did full and final settlement with me. He is saying there is nothing fraud it just taking some time and you will receive NOC soon. He also said if you want to meet me then you can come to TATA Motors Finance office also. I have full and final settlement letter from TATA Motors finance and receipt also for the payment I have made.


When the full & final not settlement TATA Motors Finance from your end or head office. Why the full and final settlement letter from TATA Motors finance and receipt also for the payment I have made from Noida Finance office.





Please let me know if anybody has faced this before and how long does it take to get the NOC. I awating for reply with your end as possible.

How to look tata motor loan account and i have a/c no please tell me how check

hi my name is swapnil my sister purached a sumo 12 years ago

my sister cant pay emi so tata motors persons came and they sold my sister

sumo that time they didint tell us about remening laon amount
now after 12 years they ask us settele tata moters laon and loan is 76 thousand and say settele this amount the actul amount is not 76 thousand
its just 20 or 15 thousand and they add intrest rate of this 12 years
thay didint send any letter during this 12 yers about remenig laon now they says
come here and we will settele loan in 20-30 thousand we have very bad finance
condintion we cant pay this laon they send ligaly notice us and gurantor
we have no condintion to settele this laon pls help us if any suggestion cll me on this mobil no [protected]

my name is rajnish. i have tata indigo car, which i get in september 20078. they got from me 22cheq in starting.and say will get othercheqs after finish these cheq.
i was do loan for 5 years.and tyhey came after finishthecheq too late after three month.and get all thee payment. in cash.and get the chyeqsalsofor future loan.after three month one of the man call me for payment.tht he say panding due to nt sbmitt payment on time that charge 500/month.anmd now on 500again he going charge 500/and made the rs3500/-i dont know whts my fault. if they nt collect the cheq on time. i refuse to submitt that amont.

I , Vikram Singh Arora , worked as TM in auto loans in amritsar location bearing Emp. Code - V08883 has resigned from my job in Oct. but still I havent recd. my full & final settlement amt. yet.

tata finance / car loans — car loan finance - completed

dear sir,

I had bougth a car finance loan from tata finance for my tata idica new car _ v2 xeta. The loan period of 60 mnths. from [protected]
60 cheques were issued and handed over to the concerned person for my.mumbai regestration car.

Note,the term period is over, but i cannot find one correct contact no: or address or person , to get my closure. so that we can claim the clearence certificate from tata finance in mumbai.

we have contacted and spoken to various poeple in the tata motors and hot line no; also an email request was forwaded by us.

I am still waiting to get the rigth contact people ,tata finance address, and guidence from them,has tata finance car loan closed or what or is it bogus ??????????

each time we call they reply that you contacted the wrong dept. and a new no is provided ,I probably have 25 different no in my list and all of them are from wrong depts., its ridculuios.
