[Resolved] Tata Motors - Indica Vista — Breakdown Service | |||
Following a breakdown of my Tata Indica, I requested Tata Motors to tow-chain my car # DL8CNA via service request # [protected] to the workshop. During the process, crane has damaged the front bumper. Tata Motors Workshop has given an estimate of 6000 Rs for this. This was reported to Tata Motors Breakdown department, but they never responded to this. After enough follow-ups with Tata Motors Breakdown department, I logged a complaint on 10-Nov-2012 with Tata Motors Customer Care Team, but this team also never responded inspite of several reminders. Request some senior officer to look at the service of the above mentioned departments and help replacement of the bumper. Was this information helpful? | |||

i lodge a Champlain ref no. 1-[protected] there is no any reply form tata helpline. i m so upset so i request that please action on this...thanx.
