Dear Sir,

My father late Mr. T. V Rama Rao(Ex-employee TATA MOTORS LIMITED) invested an amount of Rs
30000/- in Tata Motors limited fixed deposit scheme in the year 2009. Due to sudden illness he
expired in the month of March 2009.

After that we have contacted many times on Ph. No- 022-66658282 to get the maturity amount.But
we haven't received any response. We had even sent the original copy of Policy.

We are facing lot of problems in approaching the correct person who can take this matter
seriously and help us to get the maturity amount.

Kindly help us with the procedures so that we can get the maturity amount.
