[Resolved] Tata Motors Ltd — Poor Service by the Dealer | |||
I have bought a Tata Indigo CS eGlx on 12.09.2011. This Car had a defective Tata Green Battery,which i returned within 5 days along with Warranty Card.Even after 4 Months the Battery has not been replaced. Further, I have not been handed over the Registration Papers or Number. The Dealers Personnel Mr.Vikas Yadav and Mr. Ashish are constantly giving false excuses and consolations . I have written several times in Tata Motors Greiviance Box but it did no good. I think the Box is just for show. I have lodged Telehonic Complaint also. This shows that How much the company bothers about its Customers. I Curse the day i thought of buying Tata Indigo instead i should have chosen a Maruti Vehicle. Was this information helpful? | |||
