[Resolved] Tata Nano — Dissatisfied with NANO service provided | |||
I hope the person who reads this will take some action. My Tata Nano silver color bought in May 2010 MH-01-AR-3583 has gone to the TML workshop at E Moses Rd 5 times for battery discharge and starting problem but even as of today the problem is the same. The Service engineers at the TML (e. moses) workshop are not at all knowledgeable and are only interested in doing sweet talk so that we give them good rating of abt 9 to 10 points during their review call from the workshop or the Pune HO, as they say that will help them in their promotions and incentives. I am absolutely hassled and have spent quite a lot of money in travelling due to the unavailabilty of my car as during one instance it was at the workshop for almost 8 days. I also plan to get in touch with Mr. S. Sreeraman or Mr. Ravi Kant on this matter. Hopefully good sense will prevail and you will be able to maintain the prestige of the NANO Was this information helpful? | |||

we have travelled along with my family kids on 04.07.2011 at about 8.30 pm we found that burnning smell with dark smoke came from the back side of the car.we just started the car and travelled about 2-3 kms.only.My children cried and i was surprised and unable to manage the situation.I called help line ,but i got only unfavarable answers.then i took auto and reached home.then i sent a driver to leave the car to the dealer.we got poor response in the service centre also.i regrett to inform.53%

During third service I told that 1.oil chamber was leaking bht after serviced still oil chamber is leaking 2.body is being corroded but it si not attended
