Contacting customer support of Photon seems to be a difficult task.
I am facing some minor technical issues with my network but I am not finding any other way to let them know it.
First I called 1800266121, they asked me to choose an array of options & finally when they connected me to a line it said "the call can not be completed now" or something to that effect. It was around 2pm on a working Thursday. If that is now working hour what is?
Then I tried to post my issue on their online complaint form in the Photon website. It was repeatedly geting disconnected or asking for random entries while not giving me the options. Finally I failed to submit it there also.
I just want Photon people to know that they need to improve their customer support interface. They occassionally call customers for different issues but they must be available and accessible to customers when they actually need them.
