Tata Photon+ - getting disconnected

I have purchased Photon+ connection last month for my business and financial transactions which will be useful for me when I am travelling because it provides high speed internet 3.1 MBPS in cities and 256KBPS in towns according to the TATA Indicom service providers promise.But once started using this connection , came to know that speed is very very less and connection gets disconnected for evry 5 minutes.My connection number is 9248640515.I want to file a case on this service and see this TATA is not going to cheat any other customer with their brand image.
