exchange

sir , i m not satisfied with tata photon whiz because it give 10- 12 kbps speed. but when i buy it retailer said, it gives u 153 kbps speed. can i exchange it with tata photon plus , i buy it date 27 feb, 2011. i agree to pay balance payment.
