[Resolved]  Tata Photon Plus — Speed of internet is very slow

tata photon is the worst internet speed ever does any one know how to take an action agains them will it be good if we all stick together and fight for this matter doese anyone have advice

I Brought tata photon for fast speed internet but he not give fast speed, TATA Photon+ slow speed as 8 kbps to 25 kbps.

PLZ friends never buy tata photon+ it is very loss.

Hi, We are facing lot of issues with Photon+ speed and connectivity and there is no proper customer care support, no one will respond to the issue. While selling the product they will contact us like anything. Here even toll free customer service no also wont work.

Dear Customer Care Executive,

The photon + internet services is going on worst track day by day. I took this connection for its speed but its not meeting the promises made. I have taken 10GB usage and I am paying for it without even using that limit. There is no analysis done from your end to see whether your customers are happy or no. Till date I have not received a single call from the customer care to find that about how the connectivity or speed. But to make a payment before the due date itself, the executive keeps making repeatative calls. If the payment is important then even providing the quality service should also be a prime concern for you. But there are no initiative is taken for that. I remember, when I was using plug and surf, the customer care executive used to call to find the problem, why the usage is low but for broadband no such initiatives..that really sad.

My net connection has slowed down terribly these days and its so irritating.

Please do the needful to improve the connection speed else provide me the refund.

Complains are not addressed properly

Tata Photon Plus — device not yet activated

purchased tata photon with MEID number:- A000001A89C565 on 26th November, but till now it has worked for only 2 days i.e.on 13th and 14th Dec 2010. I did complaints many times to the dealer but not proper and prompt response from their side. I am very upset with this.

My contact Number provided it appropriate. If your executive are going to call at any time I may not be available if I am in the meeting. If prior intimation is given through an email/sms then I am aware that your executive is going to call at a specific time.

Secondly without checking with me, the complaint has been marked as resolved. If you are going to mark all the complains like this as resolved then I think I am wasting my time in drafting the complaint. More over I have not seen any improvement in the speed. Just now I am tryhing to download a 137MB file and it just shows a download speed of 35Kbps. Thats it. This is in south mumbai the prime area. I am not downloading this from a village.

According to me the complain is not resolved and its really very annoying that you are claiming from your end that the complain is resolved. I dont understand on what grounds you have marked the complaint as resolved.

You re' right. Tata Photon Plus is really slow. I'm never going to throw it, but I really want to.
That other day I logged onto e.bay.in what the held- it took 10 minutes and suddenly said there was an error!

Modem connections are also not that good. They eventually stop working.

Do you have an idea of something better- a better connection?
Never take this stupid device. If the plus one is this slow, imagine how slow the normal Tata Photon will be!

I am from Chennai and using tata photon plus. For me also the internet speed is dead slow. I really hate this service.. It is exactly opposite to what they show in advertisements. I am residing at center of the city but still I cannot get even 200kbps speed. Sometimes it goes below 30 or 40kbps. I have complained many times. At that time only they fix the problem but two days later I face the same problem... Moreover the internet get disconnected very often.. It is not reliable... I request the tata photon team to take serious steps on this.. Or surely they will lose the market soon...

Its a bloody gang of cheaters who always try to cheat people with their false statements. They are liers.
I was supposed to get the speed of maximum of 3.1 mbps and minimum of 500 kbps but till now I have got maximum speed of 150 kbps. They are bloody mother[censored]ers.

I am from Nagaland and i've been using Tata Photon + for almost 1 year now.It really sucks.Forget about 500kbps - 1.5 mbps.I use to get 0.30 - 0.70 to 125kbps imagine.Forcing me to go back to dark age.I am going to crush and burn this photon plus of mine.I really hate there way of service.Customer cares?They are not real people, i guess they are just LIFELESS ROBOT.

hey my dear friend plz dont think of buying tata photon plus it is worst. Speed is very slow .I bought this device as prepaid one later on speed became so slow u have to wait 1 to 2 min to open a page .I was surprise when i talk to customer service which is worst and they r not ready to help the customer and giving misleading information and they r getting an award for just fooling the customer and selling their device . guy go for RELIANCE or MTS OR any other operator not FOR TATA PHOTON PLUS. TATA PHOTON SUCKS
