i have brought a new connection of tata photon plus from POORVIKA mobile store near porur chowk chennai on 25 sep,2011.and paid 1500 inr on spot.but the connection was not activated yet.when i ask person of that store,they are saying its TATA PHOTON DEALER job...nxt i contacted tata photon dealer named GODSON,mobile no.9840794672 given by shop keepers about it..when i called him he said he will do it as soon as possible but he done nothing and he simply avoiding my call and not even replay...now its about 20 DAYS gone but my net connection is not activated....call centre people are also not helpful thay simply telling me to go to the shop from where i have purchased photon..and shop keeper telling me to contact that dealer..godson is not avoiding my call....now what i should do?
