yes even am facing the same problem... the download speed is 14kbps - 44kbps... its damn slow than the actual 3.1mbps speed which has been told

tata must sucide for not providing enough speed to customers.

Poor broadband speed I have ever seen.

I have thrown my photon+ in dustbin and we must also throw this cheater company from our country.

i am using tata photon plus since two months, i am experiencing the same problem. most of the times GPRS connections from 2G mobiles are giving more speed than the so called broad band from the Great Tata. I have also lodged a complaint

We all should fight against this poor service. Please file a suit in consumer court against tata indicom.

Worst service provider

Never go for it. They are worst providers once payment is made there is no update. Simply lost money on it.
