[Resolved]  Tata Photon Plus — Worst Customer Service from Tata Teleservices.

I have 2 tata photon plus connection. Both the devices are not working at present. 1 device (Olive Device) was repaired from the authorized service center but the old number was not activated on the new device which was repaired. And the 2nd device (Huawei Device) which I purchased on 4th may 2011, it got damaged internally on 6th of may 2011 that means within 3 days the device stopped working. This shows the quality of product tata tele service sells to the customers. I have visited almost each and every service center for tata photon huawei device but some of the service center responded that they donot repaire huawei devices and some of them said that they have stopped giving service to tata photon devices. And after complaining about this in the customer care support, tata gallery and also by sending emails to the customer support team there is no response from tata tele service. I would never recommend any of my friends or colleagues to even think about using tata tele service's service...

TATA PHOTON + AND HUAWEI DEVICE — BAD RESPONSE OF HUAWEI DEVICE AND PHOTON+ SERVICE

I am Habibulla Mondal an existing costomer of TATA wirless broadband service PHOTON+.I USE THE HUWAI DEVICE WHOSE ESN NO IS-80497F5A....THE MEID IS A000013DA3C04 AND THE SIN NO IS-Z47NAB[protected] AND THEY GIVE ME ONE YEAR OF TOTAL MANUFACTURING WARRIENTY.
MY PURCHASE DATE OF THIS DEVICE WAS 04/07/09 AND THE PHOTON DEVICE WAS ACTIVITED WITH A/C NO[protected]....ON 07/08/2009 BUT DURING ONE MONTH THE SERVICE OF THE SO CALLED BROAD-BAND BAND BECOME THIN-BAND(THIS IS REDICULAS)
ON 09/08/2009 THE DEVICE BECOME UN USABLE..AND GOT TOTALLY DAMAGED..MEAN WHILE THEY FURNISHED ME WITH THE BILL AMOUNT OF RS-774 .I PAID THE AMOUNT TOTALLY...THEN I COMPLAIN THE PROBLEM ON 11/08/2009..AND THEY GIVE ME THE DOCKET NO[protected] AND TOLD ME THAT THE
PROBLEM WOULD BE SOLVED ON NEXT DAY WITHIN 2:36 P.M BUT 2 DAYS OVER NO RESPONSE COME FROM THERE SIDE THEN I AGAIN COMPLAIN AND ALSO GAIN ANOTHER DOCKET NO[protected] AND AFTER FIVE DAYS OVER THERE SO CALLED ENGINEER(THEY THE TATA AUTHORIETY KNOW THE ACTIUL MEANING)
COME TO RECOVER THE PROBLEM AND GIVE THE FUTURE-CAST THAT THE DIVICE GOT DAMAGED......THEN I SEND BACK THE DEVICE TO MY DELEAR SEALDAH HELLO WORLD--306,APC ROAD STALL NO-103-106,KOLKATA-9 WITH PHONE NO-[protected]/[protected]. HE ASSURED ME THAT IT WILL BE REPAIRED WITHIN 3-4 WORKING DAYS.
I GAVE THE DEVICE ON 19/08/2009 BUT HERE ALSO I HAD NOT GOT THE COMITMENT FROM THERE SIDE..I SPAIND MONEY TO MAKE THE PHONE CALL TO NO-- COSTOMER CARE (REALLY THEY TOOK ME VERY CAREFULLY)[protected](TOLL FREE) [protected](HIGHLY CHARGIBLE AND I MADE ARROUND 80-90 CALLS) TO THE NO[protected]THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE NO)
THERE AFTER ON 25/08/2009 I ONLY GET THE WORK ORDER NO-CAL/HU/09/01302 OF MODEL NO-EC1260 TILL DATE I HAD NOT YET MY DEVICE/OR ANY OTHER COMITMENTS...MEAN WHILE
I HAVE LOSS AN AMOUNT OF RS-350000/- (THIS AMOUNT I LOST IN A BUSINESS ARENA WHICH IS TOTALLY DEPENDES UPON THE INTERNET AND I HAVE TO LOG ON THE NET AFTER 10:00 P.M)
SO NOW I WANT TO LOADGE A CASE FILE REGARDING THE CONSUMER ACT AND WANT THE DAMARAGE AND NO WAY TO BEAR THE CHINISE COMPANY HUWAI BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY.
a worst customer service i have ever been through..just wanetd to apply for a tata photon prepaid,launched the request thrice bt no response,whenevr i am again calling to confirm they are again asking me to launch another request....its a crap service i found n hell of stupidity to give a request here..

TATA TELE SERVICES — Worst customer service

I bought a tata photon connection from Trishala Marketing in Mumbai. He is a big time liar and never promises to give the service he is supposed to give. He gave me a faulty device which is troubling me since the very first day. Finally the device got dead and I went to the Service Center of Olive which is Nutron Technology in Dadar. The service center person Ritesh and Arun committs some tentative date and forgets after that. When you ask they say "date deni padti hai". They kept my device for 2 weeks and even after that it was not activated and blamed tata people for that. Finally I said I will get the device activated myself. When I visited tata gallery at Fountain, I met Anjali who gave me the reason it is the fault of service center that your device is not working. On one side she blamed the service center but at the same time she said it'll be resolved from our end with in 3 working days. I waited for a week but the issue was still there. Though for your information the request was closed by tata without any resolution. I again visited tata gallery after a weeks time and this time I met another person,Mayank as well. He told me that the device got blocked and you'll again have to go to service center. I dont know what the hell is this. Now this person Mayank doesn't even answer my calls. I am finally writing to you and wanted to get some help in resolving this isue. I also wanted to file a legal case aginst Tata, Service Center and Trishala Marketing. I have been going through a harassing and traumatic situation for more than 2 months and its just because of tata and its worst service. I have all the proofs and we can even get the call and complaint details from various resources.

Tata Photon Plus — Worst Customer service

I had a postpaid tata photon plus connection which i bought in bangalore, Karnataka 1.5 year back. i moved to chennai, tamilnadu after that. 8 months back i changed my connection from postpaid to prepaid in chennai tamilnadu. it got converted based on my request.

But after one month it is disabled due to the documents are not received. still it shows the same status and am not able to use the photon plus connection for past 8 months.

In the mean time i have given my documents again for 3 times in 3 different tata indicom stores in Chennai (based on the customer care executive told ) still the issue is not resolved.

Now if i call the customer care and tell all this stories they heard everything completely and disconnect the call, Stupid Customer care executives they are not working for the money they are getting, instead of this they can do something else .

Am tired on calling customer care, and submitting documents again and again. i want to get the resolution for this ASAP. Else return back my money and take the tata photon plus device. ill go ahead with the good customer friendly service.

Now they are telling (not the customer care, in the tata indicom store) we can't submit a document for connection which is bought in bangalore. Then tell me the why did you accepted the migration document only in chennai. If you would have not accepted then there is a genuine reason you can now say that you wont accept the document here.

Am thinking of going to a legal adviser to file a case against them. Also in my company i have 25+ tata photon plus connection thinking to disconnect all.

Are the Tata indicom is mad to say that we'll accept the migration document (migration + the ID proof) from any where india. but again you have to submit the ID proof in the place where you bought the connection. Don't you think it is stupid.

This is the default answer from Tata Indicom (The worst customer service). I had already mentioned that i submitted the documents 3 times near to my tata indicom outlet (useless outlets). Again the same answer very funny and irresponsible answer (again proving the same worst customer service). i'll definitely sue Tata indicom Employees for this irresponsible work. they are not ashamed to get salary without satisfying the customer.

Tata Photon Plus — Device not working for the past 1.5 month

I have taken a post paid TATA photon connection no.[protected] in hyderabad and now for the past 1.5 month when I am trying to use the device in Noida, it is not working. I spoke to customer care dozen of times but every time I hear that there is a problem with the network in that area and the same will resolved at the earliest. But till date it is not resolved and I am unable to use the device.
If this is the case then why should I pay the monthly bill when I am not using the service. It is a long time since the issue is pending, get this resolve at the earliest.

Sorry to say, no one tried to contact me. I tried to reach you through customer care but there was no proper response. Issue is pending since long and I would have to escalate more further.

Tata Photon — Tata Photon - Worst Customer Service

After a prolonged stress caused by using tata photon data card, I would like to bring this to your notice that I've never come across an organization who can provide worst customer service than Tata. I am using a Photon connection ([protected]) which has given me a lot of trouble right from the 1st day. I lost around Rs. 6000 and dont know how much peace of mind. This time again there is a serious issue which has not been looked into properly by your technical teams. The issue is related to data dedcution on my prepaid connection. For the past 1 week, there is a loss of more than 10GB data on my card which I never used. I never even plugged the device but still the data has been deducted. I know you'll think that how can it be possible but I am not lying. There is some serious technical issue which your team is not able to detect and like every time they are blaming me for the usage. I am not a poor person who will write so many emails unnecessarily for something that I've not done. Had I used the data I would've never asked for your support which again is a big stress to take on.

I am challenging your services and capability of your teams for this particular issue and would like to give you my data card for 2-3 days for observation. You'll come to know that even though the card is not plugged in data gets deducted.

I request your immediate attention here and look for an express resolution for this. I hope you give me my data back which was unnecessarily deducted.

In case, you are also not capable of gettign into the details and find and resolution, do let me know. So that I could find another way or may be file a case in consumer court and if required give this news to press so that many new consumers will become aware of your real face.

To every one who is reading this complaint, never ever buy a tata connection otherwise you'll end up following up for service and your Blood pressures will definitely rise.
Just because you say that the issue has been resolved, it doesnt happen. The issue is very much there and you do not have any proofs to show me. I would advise you not to talk about usage logs because those are clearly showing a technical error. I would suggest you to check my card's MEID no (A00000204E0AB), pESN no (80D5FC47 and S/N (8QA4CB10C0609083) because it might happen that one of these numbers have been used some where else. I could be confident on this as the device I am using is not the one that I bought but it was given to me as a replacement.

Dont show your incapability by saying that the issue has been resolved. You always does this and I know your tricks to hide your face. Give me some tangible proofs if you have otherwise accept your mistake. I am sure this could be a good article for any magazines to show your real face. I would post this to news channels also.
Let me challenge you here and ask one question. If you are so confident on your words that te data has been correctly deducted, then show me the proofs. Give me the details of downloading source, what kind of content was downloaded, ip address of thw website browsed. If you are right then you wont have any issues in giving me these details otherwise the world has already started doubting your credibility in the market.
This is really ridiculous, a company that claims to provide a customer service that is high speed n bla bla bla..is doing such a kind of cheating that will only bring shame to their company's name..

Today also I received a call from the customer care for clearing my dues. Ms. Deepa spoke to me regarding this and the way she was talking to me was so rude as if I have done some crime. Firstly they should know how to talk to the customers and secondly they should understand the whole issue. I clearly told them that first resolve the network issue that I am facing and activate my device, then only I will clear all the dues.
Please provide the resolution at the earliest on [protected].
