this is arjun rao sidrala n. 20 days back i bought tata photon plus (9282328852), the employees in the showroom explained me i will getting a speed of atleast 1.5 mbps which is half of the 3.1 mbps(the company advertising).But the thing is i am even able to get beyond 115 kbps. I complained for two times ,some representative came to me told it was the tower problem and left. Next day people from tata called me and told as your problem is solved we are closing the ticket of trouble.

when i will be getting 3.1 mbps as per company advertisements?

What the government is doing when these companies are advertising with false statement and decieving the people?
