Tata Photon - poor service and connection

i have purchased Tata photon + prepaid 3 months back.i am not satisfied with the service and want to return the device back to the company.
how much refund will i get? service is very poor.Any contact information about the any high rank officer to whom i can talk with or should i take the help of consumer court to deal with the company.
