Non working of photon+harassment - Photon
I have returned your photon to HP dealer M/s Tech Smart,Old Rajinder Nagar(9811020946) along with covering letter which your company refuses to acknowledge.Your Photon does not work and am dissapointed from services i received both by your dealer/your office.I have asked for refund/penalty on account of harrasment/non functioning and non attendence till this date inspite of your written commitment that problem will be fixed by 25th Nov.
