Can I have the information that how much time will this process take?

hi,i m consumer of TATA Photon+ my mobile no [protected].I m puzzeled from TATA tubler half services,Naihati office.i want to stop my net service for three month according to him scheem,but for poor service i can't stop.write know i have no capacity pay to bill of tataphoton+ .iwant to take immediate action to naihati office tubler half and he provid batter service to consumer othgerwise tata indicom closed that type of office.

the performance of the device is very poor the speed of the device is maximum 10-15 kbs. TATA Tele should increase the speed of the device or reduce the charges accordingly. TRAI should also see the same

TATA Indicom - Photon Plus On Prepaid Connection — Non availability of internet

I upgraded my pre paid indicom connection in Kolkata to photon plus with a view to access /internet/email on mobile ( Samsung Corby). The problem is that ever since the up gradation, the mobile browser is showing 'network down (error 0)'. I could not connect to internet even for a single time. The customer care people promised on 25 September'10 at 05.11 P.M. to resolve the issue within 4 hours. But nothing happened till around 1 P.M. on 27 September 10. My calls to customer care returns a common advice that the complaint is still open, meaning that engineers are working on it and so wait for the the resolution of the problem. But how long? Customer care people tells me that they can not formally advice me what they say verbally either by email or sms.

Tata indicom photon whiz is very very worst, i have ever seen this speed before, i'm Vino from Madurai...even i have next birth i'm not interested by Tata photon whiz...

Has the problem been resolved yet? I have been facing the same problem almost since last 7 days, not resolved yet.

I have perchased a TATAPHOTONWHIZ on 2.09.2010 of which the no. was [protected].At the time of selling the dealer told that it will give a very good service and he also assured to solve the complains immediately.After intallation it is experienced that this product is giving very very very poor service to me.This instrument takes about 2 to 3 hrs to open the required web site.In between all the time it automatically disconects it self.,when I made the complaint some body came and after chacking he changed the instrument in 3 doys.The instrument is also giving hopeless services.No work was possible during the whole month,but the company is ready to send the bill.The company is selling the instrument to the costmer due to which there is no refund if the connection is withdrawn.WHAT A WAY TO LOOT THE COSTEMER.This TATAPHOTONWHIZ is abig fraud with the costemors.It is a useless most unsucessful instrument .

I am OPMishra I perchased a TATAPHOTONWHIZ unlimited package on 02 9 2010.At the time of selling the dealer assured that the speed of the instrument will be 153 ,a very good service from costemercare .But during the use it is found that speed is only 3or 4 .Due to which to open any site it takes about 2to 3 hrs and during that time it automatically disconnects it self .After making complaint to custemercare a person came and after all the tests he told that the instument should be changed.He changed the instrument in 3 days.The instrument takes 2hrs 45min to open any site.Also is disconnecting so many times.Now the company is ready to send a bill of Rs600,where i could not work 600 secons on internet.After another complaint the so called ENGINEER declaired that speed of 3to 4 can not be increased.What a way of looting the middleclass.This device is most useless looter,and the worst possible device I have ever seen.The money of purchase the device has gone into the pocket of Directors ,commission gone to dealer .Sincerly I am searching a public place to throw this device after a good minus advertisement of such a rich co.This is a very big and reputed company of India,see what will.be the international image of co. if such type of looting devices will be sold to the people of there own country.GOD BLESS TATA.My Email ..[protected]@gmail.com.MobileNo [protected]

Today i purcheced tata photon whiz from my local dealer. after installing the device driver it give me 15 KBps
(KiloByte) speed but one of my friend using photon Plus with 35 to 42 KBps. Wht is this? Can anyone explain to me wht is hapenning ? my photon no is [protected]

I KB = 8 kb...so 800 kbps means 100 KBps...This is where the company cheats people by creating this illusions of KB and kb...Mind It...my dear friend

i agree with all these comments my tp whiz no is [protected] its waste of time and money dont look for remedy its also waste of time just switch to bsnl broadband

I am chandan kumar tata photon number [protected]. I buy it before 2 or 3 month. I want to suggest every one never buy tata photon whiz this is very very slow and service i can't explain. I[censored] don't believe me than do only one thing, make call to tata customer care([protected])toll free. And option for tata photon whiz prepaid. And you find there is problem from starting. I am telling you my experience. I think tata generating the employement to uneducated people by hiring them for its call centre
Please suggest me which data card is best.

MAD. You know your customer care department is full o[censored]neducated persons. They don't know how to solve customer's problems. They know only few words i.e sorry, thank you and sir i going to transfer your call to my senior please hold. (Have a nice day they say very clearly and loudly).

But your one staff member help me i forget his name but he is very honest about his work he make he a call and solve my problem

Hey guys i bought tata photon whiz yesterday at 1300 rs..speed is slow in the veening but in the midnight its ok..you can work and download too..in the midnight downloading spped is approx 15-20kbps which is ok i[censored] r not download a movie..this device is only for those people who not download very much..i[censored] want to download more at gr8 speed then definitely this devise is not for u guys then go for tata photon plus or any other in this category like mts mblaze or reliance netconnect.

hi guys i have also bought tata photon whiz yesterday, my experience is very bad on first day..speed is very much slow its almost take 2-3 min to open the log in page of g mail, face-book and other site..and downloading speed is very slow 4-5kbps..i really fed up from this device then i called to that who called me to buy this device, he said me that sir in starting speed is slow because u r using free 100 min of tata photon whiz when these 10mins are over then speed is good up to 153kbps. next day speed is little bit improve downloading speed is about 10-15kbps..in the mid night after 12am..speed is OK not so bad..downloading speed is increased up to 15kbps.today i will see whats the speed because that sales boy told me speed will increase when your 100mins is over and ur device is registered to company..if speed is not increase then he will face the music from my side.
one thing more he said me too that i[censored]r not satisfied with whiz and u want high speed then u can switch to tata photon plus also just pay 1000rs more and get the tata photon plus..
