[Resolved] Tata Photon Whiz — unacceptable behaviour by TATA employees | |||
I am Dipa Chakraborty, currently residing in Bangalore. I bought TATA PHOTON WHIZ,( Prepaid) from my native Assam.Its been a month since I have moved back to Bangalore. Two weeks back I moved to the TATA INDICOM WALK IN OFFICE here in Bangalore, at koramangala to confirm whether I will be able to use my device here and what are the formalities to be performed in order to enjoy the services. The customer care executive then, mentioned it very carefully that I would be able to use the device here without any hassles and hence I may carry on with the recharge procedure. I confirmed and reconfirmed with him, and pat came the same reply. However After recharging with a 100 initially followed by 849 on the same day, , i.e 5th june,I havent been able to connect to the internet till date. Instead they kept giving dates, kept misguiding me, all the while giving away fake promises of solving my problem. Now, its been more than a week, and everytime they ask me to come with my device to the office. The count is 5 times till now. And finally they said yesterday thwey cant help me. I dont understand the reason of such behaviour. Why is it that a bunch of are scattered all over in one place!!! They neither solved the problem, harassed me completely by asking me to come down five times, with no action being taken and nor did they refund the money. Is this the core value of the business.
