Delay of connection

I had deposited the full amount for a photon plus post paid connection from tata indicom with one year subscription for 2gb data usage on 26th march, 2010. I deposited the amount to our local retail counter at Silchar but till 10th april means today I did not received the connection but a blank assurance that I would get it next monday. I do not know how may I get it without any delay.
