dear sir
I am pawan jaiswal from korba(chhattisgarh), two months ago i had buy a tata safari from M/S Budhia Auto, korba. On 24 may i had given my vechile for servicing ,according to service manager during test drive they met an accident and my safari is totally damaged, so now what action i can take against them.
