[Resolved]  Tata - SBI Credit Card — Complaint against tata-sbi credit card.

Hi, i am shilpi from delhi.
I was holding a tata-sbi credit card.
I am very very very frustated with services of this card.
First of all, anytime i drop my check in some drop box,it gets misplaced.
And after doing lots and lots of effort,when i managed to pay my due amout and confirming due balance as zero from customer support executive, tata sbi credit card. I again kept on getting messages for this card that my due balance was 4000.
After many days,i got a call from an executive named sapna (Her mobile no is [protected]), she told me that the whole settement would be done in rs 500.I told her that i had already paid the full amount.
She said, to close the account,i need to pay this amount. She assured me that this stupid card account would get closed once i do the said payment.
I was so much annoyed that i decided to pay rs 500,as my life had become a hell dur to this card.
I paid the said amount to an executive named vivek([protected]) and also surrendered my acrd to him.

Then after months of doing follow up with sapna, i did not get any positive response from her. She always told me that it has been processed, it would be done soon. I was so much fed up with her irresponsible response.

Then one day, i again got a call from tata-sbi cards, that my due amount is around rs 6000 and i have to pay it.

I then called sapna to know about what the hell is going on there.
When i asked her about the due balance, she told me that she has left the tata-sbi credit card company and she has joined a new company. Now she can not do anything.
She said she would talk to her boss in tata-sbi credit cards.

I again called her after 2 days.When i asked her about what has happened.She said she has talked to her boss.
I was so much shocked,when i asked her whether she has the credit card no or my full name or my mobile no and she had none of them.
I gave her all these things and requested to do the needful.She said she would call me back.

After waiting for her call, i called her.She picked up my phone after a long time and when i asked her, she said now she is not bothered about all this. I asked her that she had left the company only some time back, whereas i had done the payment so many months ago. She was not interested to hear anything.
Now everytime i call her, she tells me the same thing that she would talk to her boss in tata-sbi credit cards.
I asked her to give me the concerned person's contact no or mail id,so that i can take the initiative at my end. But she never gave me that.
I called at tata-sbi card toll free no([protected]) also, but no bosy was ready to do anything.

N again, yesterday i got a sms on my mobile from tata-sbi credit cards,that my due balance is around rs 7000.
Hopeless, but i again called her today,so many times i did call her but she is not picking up my phone.

Please take this compaint seriously as this is a "dhabba" on the name of honesty and on the name of "tata- sbi".
My life has got hell and i m feeling very helpless :-(.

Also, in between, i had dropped a mail to customer.[protected]@tatacard.com but what reply i got from there, please find the mail attached below to see yourself.........................
Everytime, i drop a mail to customer.[protected]@tatacard.com , i get the same reply from feedback.[protected]@ge.com....They write that i should write to customer.[protected]@tatacard.com..........................

What a joke is this, i don't understand. But my life has got miserable......

Hi,
I am shilpi from gurgaon. I am using tata sbi card with acrd no [protected] and i am very upset with the services provided.
In the month of september ,i had dropped the check in one of the drop boxes in noida but after 15-20 days i came to know that the check had been misplaced.
Then i talked to the customer care executive and posted a check to the delhi address.Again for another 20-25 days,the amount did not get debited from my account. I talked to customer care executive and i was asked to again do stop payment for the check.
Then in the month of november, i again dropped a check in gurgaon drop box and paid the full amount i.E rs 23,300 as per the outstanding balance at that time told by the customer care executive and had confirmed it with the customer care executive as well that now due balance is zero.
After bearing all this headache and also paying my bank the charges for stop payment of check for 2 times, i got card statement this month showing rs 4000 as the due balance.

I talked to the customer acre executive again. She looked the whole case history and agreed that mistake has been done at your end.
She told me that the bank got my previous checks after i did stop payment of my checks, so they ahd levied the charges for check bouncing and put interest for the whole amount of rs 23,300 and the interests for the subsequent months counted to be rs 4000.

She gave me this mail id and told me that the problem would be solved definitely.
I am very muich frustated with all this insensible service and want to cancel my card just now.
Respond to me at the earliest possible or i have to take some strict action.

SBI Credit Card — Not able to operate in spite of validity

Not able to operate Credit card [protected] inspite of reaim valid due to locking.
Dear Sir, My self RS Shukla, Mobile No. [protected]. I do not have any credit card and still getting reminder SMS " Your statement dated 20 - Mar - 11 has been despatched Total amount due of Rs. 1024.65 or min amt of Rs. 1024.65 is payable by 09-APR-11 - SBI Card"

I am getting the above message every month inspite not using any credit card and SI credit card has given my name in Cibil also

I am not offering any gift from Iindia Darshan Company, New Delhi . .This company sent a some parcel to me on this day I was out of station so this parcel returned back .. To day (06.04.11) I got a phone message from SBI Master Card official in my account a sum of Rs.4, 999/- debited I was shocked. without my acceptance I never accept this debit amount. So, please take this complaint as my request. I hope in future this incident may not be happened from your end.

I AM MR.NIRANJANKC WORKING WITH GMMCO LTD.I TOOK A NEW GOLD CREDIT CARD FROM SBI.
Before taking this card they have committed orally by phone that no need of paying Joinee fee, Discount Coupon or annual fee to SBI.But till now i have not activated my card but eventhough in my last month statement the partculars of fee is mentioned & they are insiting to pay to the bank.

So, I Have decided in future not to use & to cancel this card & surrender to the Bank.

Kindly help me out in this Issue ASAP.Looking forward the reply .

Hi All,
I suppose its not about TATA, rather the issue is with SBI. I had similar experience. But, i was lucky enough to not get caught in this. I applied for a SBI Gold card. I was told i will get a limit of 1lac+. But i got a limit of 10K. I smelled something fishy, and canceled the card the day i received it. After that i always tryto stay away form SBI.

I agree with your complaint. These Credit card customer care executives are good for nothing. Meanwhile I want to tell you that I faced the same problem with HDFC bank and they tried all channels to harass me to make a payment of Rs. 6500.00 which was never dueEven a leagal notice was served upon me. However, after two years, the HDFC bank contacted me and agreed for full and final settlement. I procured a letter for the same and then only I made a payment of Rs. 1650.00, though just to save myself from the harrassment meted out to me by continuous phone calls, day and night.

You should stick to your stand and now do not make any payment unless they give you a settlement letter.

Credit Card — i still not get my credit card

Respected sir my name is ravi kumar address is harris dry cleaners shop no - 38 model town mkt . jalandhar city punjab .the issue is kotac bank send me credit card on my address but your delivery boy did not hard over me card and send it back to mumbai office again .. he can call me on my cell phone number it was present on the envelop of bank .. and now second time again bank send me card on 25.6.2011 and today is 1/7/2011 and i still not get my credit card by your courier company .. bank gave me pod number - [protected] . i m worring abt my card now send me soon plz

State Bank of India — not able to get any new credit dared

Dear Sir /Madam,

I had a credit card from SBI , Credit card number - [protected].

Now when i apply for new credit card it is getting rejected. Because my name is in black list.

According to me i have cleared full payment and i also have the final settlement payment advise.

I have not done any default by not settling the payment. why should i suffer when no mistake.

Empower Care — Post dated cheque

I am in receipt of Non Convertable debenture ( NCD) Certificate with a post dated cheque dated 11th June 2011 from the company, last year. Due to some financial crisis with the company, we are not getting any update from the company, but CMD of the company in one of the communication mail in the website, has been informed that the financial crisis is resolved and will be back to business soon.

As i am holding a post dated cheque dated 11th June 2011, shall i go ahead & deposit the cheque in the bank or wait for some more time. If any of you, have any information/ update, then, please let us know. Any update, information will be benificial to all the investors in this group.

SBI Card — Phone Call not received

Dear Concern,

I have received a message on[protected], mention that "My app. got declined as bank could not establish contact with me despite repeated attemps". By I havn't received any call from the bank regarding this. I received only verification call 2-3 days back. Kindly help me out and do the needful.

SBI Credit Cards — Multiple Cards in my Name

I had a credit card of SBI bank way back in 2002 . Which I had cancelled after clearing all my dues. But recently when I took my cibil report I found that I have been listed for 6 different cards with the same value. I had been following up with the bank since 69 days but they are not giving me a clear solution to my issue.

so guys check you Cibil Report and get them cleared from your account...

SBI — without giving card sending bill

Due to some doubt about one transaction my card was withheld (K Jayachandran, 05/06/1952,[protected]) and the authories sent the new card to my address:15/7, Brindavan Street, Mylapore, Chennai- 600 004.In the mean time I had shifted my residence to Mandaiveli. The card sent to the old address was not delivered and returned back. Then I send the new address and they informed the card will be sent to the new address within 3 weeks.The local bank official verified my new address. But after two months I moved to permanent residence 23,third Main Road, Raja Annamalai puram, Mandaveli,Chennai-28.In the two months i have not received my new card. Nearly for the last one year I have not used the card since I have no card.The old card was destoyed. Now now Sbi sending bills to settle the mount. I
no card number to open the e statement. I request new card may be sent to the new address or otherwise cancel my card and inform on which account I have to remit the said due amunt to once for all close the account.

SBI Credit Card — Dispatch of wrong card

Dear Sir/Madam,I Vivek Agarwal applied for the SBI Platinum Credit Card, Application No.[protected], whose Annual Charges are Rs 2999/- only. But after 15 days I got SBI Gold and More Advantage Card. Since the actual annual charges for the provided card i.e. SBI Gold and More Advantage Card is Rs 499 /- but still SBI charges me Rs. 2999/-. Also the SBI agent promise me that I will get the gift coupon of Rs. 2999/- but that has not been dispatched till date.After several followups with SBI Customer Care in last 15 days they never revert back. I could not receive my SBI Credit card because of worst service
provided by Blue dart. Without intimation, blue dart executive come in my premises & keep sorry
card. Atleast executive should contact to card holder regarding delivery. Blue dart customer care
alots variable time for delivery around 3 hours, if i am going outside for 10 minutes due to emergency,
executive will come & mention holder was not available. Why blue dart is doing same effort 3 or 4 times,
It's just wastage of money & effort of our blue dart executive. It shows worst management of Blue dart.
Please consider this mail as a serious matter & provide better service to their customer.
