changed pack without permission

Tata Sky service is very inefficient, to say the least. They have changed my Mega-pack for which I have paid ,into Grand Pack without my permission. Inspite of repeated calls and requests, they are not able to fix the problem. I have talked to several customer associates, for several hours and I am fed-up. I have no choice but to register complaints. My ID no. is 1051047890. if they resolve this problem soon, I will post my feedback again.
