[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Change of package

I am having supersaver pack and sports goldpack as addotional. I want to delete the additional pack and add sports platinum pack as fresh additional pack. I, m not able to follow the symtem rather i don't have time to spend for it. Please do the needfull immediately.

i want to remove my base pack Dhamaal mix pack and additional packs, and want to subscribe, metro pack. Please do it immidiatly.

After lots of complain and calls i finally decided to write you regarding the problems faced by me from Tata Sky services..

1) call center people are disconnecting the calls.

2) Since 11-Oct-2015 my TV is off. as i was paid for 6 month but your executives took it on daily basis without my consent.

3) no proper revert from customer care.( Specially from Nodal Officer)

4)if we are unable to use the services when we have holiday then its of no use to waste money on your product as we have more options in market as compare to your product...

5) I also called customer care your executive Miss. Tejal & Mr Raj disconnected the call when i asked when will be the problem will resolve (Complaint no JK412N7, & 1-[protected])...

I personally think your team members are not interested to attend the customer or else you don't need customer.
Hope you understand the problem and i may receive the call from your team mates...if not then i would think to switch over my services to any other services available in market.

Since last month i am trying to call on tatasky help line but no one has pick my call, i am not understand how you are increased monthly billing amount from Aug.-Sep.2015.
How you are increased DHAMAL PACK monthly charges. from Rs.700/- to Rs.1200/-

It is here by requesting to you explain how you are increased my billing amount other wise
i will go to consumer court to file case against tatasky.

why you are making the fool of your customers, this is not a good practice to hrash public
