[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Change of package

I want to know my present package detail of IDNo-[protected] for any alteration.

I am Venkatadas Pasupuleti, and i got my tatasky connection very recently after paying Rs2285/, which i was told is with
free one month viewing. As per ur ad. on the web site it was 1779/ or so. I had called your agents rep, to come and help
me out with selecting the package.once or twice he answered my calls, andtold me he would let me know, but there was
no response. Today also I called his office .I was told that they will ask him to contact me, but there was no response.
Anyways since i got a message that i have to pay one months amt. of RS485/ to avoid disconnection, i paid the amt.
Iam not satisfied with it, as immediately i get a message stating that my balance isRs506 and the next recharge date is 14 feb.I am really shocked .And by the way what hell is rs/485 to check my pack, i am not able to digest. I want all the
clarifications.I want ur local rep., to come and explain to me in detail, failing which I will be compelled to return the connection and claim refund.

We are finding very different to contact to customer care. Please send us your contact details even there is no such option to select in customer care call to change our pack. I will just give 2 stars because contacting you is also very important and saying our issues and fixing it is also much more important. Please do change our pack as so as possible.Thank you..
