we are late for recharge and hence we are not able to find the subsriber ID number.
help us to find out subsriber id number, so that we can recharge our tatasky.

From Thursday onwards south Africa vs India match was there & in tata sky there is no ten cricket (where the match was to be telecast). So please tell that whether you were able to give or not.

TataSky — Waiting for new connection for last 15 days

One thing i am sure is that Tata sky has no intention to get new customers. I dont know what the senior people are doing without monitoring the business. I am calling everyday to get the new connection and speaking to lot of senior people and get the same bull answer, we will install today for past 15 days. I am worried how the service will be after getting the connection. Never ever go for this.

SO MY FAMILY IS ANABLE TO WATCH TV FROM LAST 22 DAYS. ITS NOT SOUNDS GOOD TO HEAR THIS THAT ONE OF THE BIGGEST DTH SERVICE PRIVIDER IS ANABLE TO SERVE THEIR PRESENT CUSTOMERS.

TataSky — Add channel

Please add BOOMERANG channel on TataSky. Its the only channel which shows classic Hanna Barbera cartoons. Its available only on IN digital cable in India. But don't want to switch to it because TataSky has the best quality and features. PLEASE add Boomerang channel as soon as possible.
During the telecast of Singham movie on Star Gold, TATA sky was continuously showing banner that occupied half the screen.
it was so irritating that the movie watching experience was nightmare.

TataSky — upgradation to HD not done

i had asked tatasky to upgrade my connetion to HD and i paid for it in advance 0n 02 sep 11 they did not provide me the HD as promised in 3 days now i have asked for refund wef 15 sep 11 but no action has been taken by tham evev after a laps of 72 hrs
