[Resolved] Tata Sky — Cheated by a dealer | |
I made payment of INR 2600.00 to one Imtiyaz (A dealer for Tata sky) mobile no +91 [protected], for a recharge of 10 months, as he suggested a 10 month subscription will mean access of the service for 12 months as per the scheme. To my horror and surprise every month when I get message on my screen that I need to recharge my subscription again I call the guy and he does 1 month recharge of INR300.00, this month again I have recieved the same message on my screen and I call the guy, but now he doesn't take my call. Have also written, spoken to various Call centre complaint people but to no avail. This has probably been the most horrendous TV viewing experience of my life, and the brand TATA where my wife is also employed leaves a very bad taste in the mouth. I wish someone from the Tata Sky cell gets back and solves my misery and puts the Fraudulent guy Imtiyaz ([protected], Somewhere in Jamia nagar, )to task, for the malpractice.
