[Resolved]  Tata Sky — current account status not available on screen

my subscriber is ID [protected] .I was in the schem of family package @Rs250.00 per month .now the rate of the family package reduced to Rs 200.00 per month . Hence I want to adjust the amount and give me balace positon .

Dear Sir . I purchased tatasky in the month of sept08 . The same I presented to my friend Mr Devraj who is Staying in BOM: The Purchased ADDRESS IS: ATTINKARA ELECTRONICS, CHENGANNOOR, KERALA .THE SALES MAN MR MANU: TATASKY DETAILS: NDS NO CEA79A[protected] ..MODEL No.DSI 3208C..
DIGICOM NO[protected]...DIGICARD NO[protected]...On installing I cannot open my account information..I spoke to Mr Manu many time saying That i need my account info for which i get an negative response even though i had given all the DETAILS of Receiver...
It is nearing 01 month trying tru him to get my ID NO.
But sorry to say that of his unhealthy ATTITUDE towards we costomers.
SOMEHOW I CANNOT OPEN MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
I HOPE U WILL DO THE NEEDFUL AT AN EARLIEST AND AWAITING FOR AN POSITVE MESSAGE FROM U...

Let me first tell you that this complaint has been wrongly registered in my Name by people who are probably scared to identify themselves to the Public for REASONS BEST KNOWN TO THEM.

I reside in Mumbai but I do not have any friend called Shaji.ganeadharan or for that matter I have come across any person by that Name.

No person has presented me with TATA SKY DISH CONNECTION so far. Further let me state that I do not accept any presents from anybody. By the grace of Almighty I have been provided sufficiently well to make a decent living.

This firm ATTINKARA ELECTRONICS, CHENGANNOOR, KERALA .have to confirm whether they have any sales man by the Name of MR MANU and whether he has sold TATASKY DISH DETAILS: NDS NO CEA79A[protected] ..MODEL No.DSI 3208C. If not they have to find whether the said Unit was in their Inventory and if there, whom they have sold it to ?

THE PERSON WHO DOESN'T HAVE THE GUTS TO FILE A COMPLAINT IN HIS NAME IS WORSE THAN A EUNUCH.

My Tata Sky ID No [protected] & Reg mob no is [protected]. Earlier your machanic replaced my old digibox with a new one but he had not provide me the new remote yet. I was charged Rs 1000/- for both.Please inquire and inform me either on Reg. mobile or on [protected]@gmail.com.
I paid one year recharge fees on 25/01/2014 Rs.6400/- .That is up to January 2015 . But I received message to pay urgently Rs.351 other wise your connection get deactivate. Please check and confirm.
