[Resolved] Tata Sky — False promises | |||
I had purchased tata sky in 2008 and the antenna was fitted just below the coconut tree and when i called tata sky customer care they said it would be charged for shifting the antenna. than i wanted one more digicomp for my second TV that time when i called for new additional connection i was assured that if i purchase one more tata sky, antenna shifting would be done free of cost but when i did the payment and the engineer came for installation he said it would be charged. Now since the problem incresed i called tata sky and the engineer shifted the antenna position and the problem resolved, but this time i was charged 350 rs and when i called tata sky customer care he said that the charges would not be waived off. Also the person from tata sky was speaking in a rude way. This was a good trick to make money, install the antenna first time below a tree and take shifting charges.
