Tata Sky - marketing calls in the night

Hi,

I had enquired back on december 2010 about Tatasky HD and said I may consider about it on January 2011. In regard to this I got a call from TATA sky hyderabad on 20/1/2011 by a person called Sashi from the number 040-66549800. I told him I am not interested in it but this person calls me again after 1 hour by 3:22pm and I told him again that I am not interested.

Today [21/1/2011] I again get a call from Anil from TATA sky hyderabad 040-66275656 and that too by 9:15pm in the night marketing for the HD product. When I demanded him to give the call to the supervisor, he said that there is no one in the floor and then hung up on me.

Isn't there any privacy for customers even in the night? After I have told another of their agent twice that I am not interested why are they calling me again? Don't they maintain call records.

This is definetly nuisance. I don't know how many people will call me like this.
