Tata Sky Set Top Box — service not provided for 2 months | |||
we brought Reliance big TV set top box and the cod from dish got disconnected so we registered complaint and keep on calling for customer care for last 2 months but no one received our call also no one contact us from customer care, finally customer care received call after 2 months and then they told us" we will not receive your complained until and unless you recharge set top box so we recharged it and then also no one respond on the same dont know what to do for this the shop from where we brought set top box are going to help without complaint we are so frustrated with such a pathetic service from Reliance big TV and want to register a complaint in consumer court we want justice also the mental harassment charges Reliance big TV set top box number :[protected] address bhosle nagar pune Was this information helpful? | |||
