[Resolved] Tata Sky — TATA SKY UNFAIR PRACTISES | |||
I HAD COMPLAINED REGARDING NO SIGNAL TO TATASKY(REF NO 1-[protected]). THE COMPLAINT WAS RESOLVED BY TATASKY SERVICE ENGINEER ON 19 APRIL AND THE SETTOP BOX WAS WORKING FINE. BUT ON 19 APR THE SERVICE ENGINEER RETURNED TO MY HOUSE TOLD MY WIFE THAT TWO OF THE CHANNELS ARE NOT HAVING PROPER SOUND AND REPLACED THE SET TOP BOX. TATASKY HAS DEDUCTED RS 350 FOR THE SAME. WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT THESE CHARGES BY THE SERVICE ENGINEER OR TATASKY EARLIER. TATASKY AND THEIR SERVICE ENGINEERS HAVE RESORTED TO CHEATING AND VERY UNFAIR PRACTICE.
