    Hello Sir,

    I Betsy Mary Vinola, purchased a Voltas Split AC 1.5 Ton gold (2S) vide bill no. [protected] dated 11.6.2012 from M/s.

    Vasanth & Co, 31/1 & 31/2 North Usman Road, T.Nager, Chennai - 32.

    The AC was delivered to my address at Door No. 16, Forest Quarters, RajBhavan, Guindy on 12.06.2012. The next day 13.06.2012, a

    Voltas technician by name Ambikapathy installed the AC with clamp and a stabilizer (of different make). There was no cooling and

    had rattling sounds. He promised to come the next day (14.06.2012) to provide the necessary electric connections, recheck the

    AC’s working and also do a demonstration of the same. But then he never turned up. When we tried to contact him through his

    mobile number (which he had given us) he failed to attend our calls on each attempt. But, when we tried the same with yet

    another new mobile number, he picked up the calls and again promised he would turn and fix it up. All again it was a fake

    statement. On 16.06.2012, we called up the customer care number and lodged a complaint (no. 12 JU 1607468). Though we were

    promised to immediately fix the AC installation and check for the working, none turned up. Upon repeated calls to the customer

    care on 16.06.2012, 17.06.2012 and 18.06.2012, another technician by name Marie attended late evening yesterday. He claimed

    there is a manufacturing defect with the product; and that has to be serviced.

    The AC being a brand new one with installation incomplete yet, and the manufacturing defect which showed in the beginning

    itself, is worse. And the poor response to your customer from the well known TATA Voltas company staff in the beginning of a

    purchase is a nightmare.

    We would request you to kindly take a note of the ABOVE matter, and replace us with a New AC that is in full working condition

    (WITHOUT ANY FLAWS) and provide a polite decent customer service person (WHO BRINGS REPUTE TO THE COMPANY).

    Look forward to your immediate action for replacement.

      Dear Sir,

      This is with reference to the Deep Freezer we have purchased in May'12. From the day one we are facing problem with this deep freezer. We have made a complain first time on 5th June'12 vide Complaint No.12JU0507418.

      After that we have again made a complain on 7th June, 11th June, 12th June, 13th June & 16th June. Every time we get a reply that the problem will be soved by today itself. The name of the person to whom we have talked today is Mr. Viney.

      It is very surprising that for a small complaint (Thermostate not Working) we have to wait so long. Now I am getting a feeling that I have selected a wrong product.

      With this E-mail I once again I request you to please get the Freezer right by today.

          exteremely worsts and badest services ever recieved by voltas service center June 2012


          Our A/C not working. we send on to the service station M/S ON SPOT AIR Conditioning (KAvi NAgar). they took A/C for a week and not responding when they deliver back. we called them up 20-30 times but we are getting satisfactory answer. The service engineer provided a fake number, that is not in use. And the service center mobile number are use to switched off when we use to call from our number and when we use other phone to call, they respond from that number. We are paying the amount of money they are asking for still not getting the desired service.

            We have called Voltas numerous times on date 10, 13, 18, 21, and today 23 rd of April, for our AC problem. Every time we are told that a representative will visit within 2 working hours and our complaint is raised at priority. Paying a visit is distant dream to us rather no one has even bothered to call back or inform us anything. This (Email) is the last resort I am taking before moving forward. Can someone please look into this issue. I am planning to cancel all my future Voltas product Deals in my offices across. I know it does not affect you but wanted to make a mention of Korean (LG, Samsung) and Japanese (Hitachi, Panasonic) Ac’s and product services I get. They respond within a couple of working hours and pay a visit within one day.

            Not sure what is wrong with Voltas or their Customer Service Executives for that matter

            Next Mail I sent Them Still No response:

            It’s about two months passed and my Problem is still not resolved. Worst my AC parts were removed and are taken away by service guys a month back. NO ONE from VOLTAS customer service has contacted me till date (Not even phone or email, except the one below from Ashok). The service guy says that they have no knowledge about the model that is installed, another guy said that Vertis Gemini is the worst Voltas model and nothing can be done about it.

            Please note my AC was still under warranty when the case was opened. I have never signed and closed the case yet, still no one cooperates/contacts back. Hope someone does contacts back before winters. No one in this mail chain is even bothered to look into my case.

              The after sale service of Voltas AC is really pathetic . I have complained numerous time for the non functioning of AC on the phone but nobody came to visit .They cancel the complaint automatically if customer don't keep track of the complaint . Anyways after a long wait of more than fifteen days a service man came . He inspected the AC and told me that the compressor has to be replaced . The compressor is still in warranty so I dont have to pay any charges for that . However just for visting he charged me rupees 350.00 . After that he told me the compressor will be changed within 2 days . After 2 days I called their local area service provider , Timex company to enquire about the status of the complaint , and to my shock the guy on the phone told me that my complaint has been cancelled because of no reason .The guy was talking to me like he is a sarkari babu . He told me to call the pathetic customer care again to register a fresh complaint and they will charge me for the gas filling charges if I want my AC compressor to be replaced . He told me the cost will be around 1700 rupees . Till today nobody has come to replace the compressor and calling them is of no avail . My complaint numbers are 12my3004294 and 12ju0603858 .

                Hi Sir,

                I am forced to raise a complaint against Voltas Tata as I am highly frustrated with their service and behavior.
                I purchased in cash, a Voltas AC 1.5 Ton Split Air conditioner (Model Platinum 5S) on[protected].
                Name of Shop:Reco Electronics, Durga market, Girja more, Asansol-1. (Phone NO:[protected]/2282569)
                Details of AC: CBO code - 4501460
                Voltas Service personnel: Gobindo Sutradhar

                The Voltas service personnel was supposed to complete the installation in next 2 days.
                They had set up the indoor component on next day but the outdoor compressor component is not yet clamped or fitted . They have just laid out the compressor on the roof top without any support,
                running the AC provisionally and hence it is prone to damage or falling off at any moment. They had assured they will come the next day and finish off the the full installation.
                It is going to be 3 weeks now yet even though we have paid off the total installation charges as well as additional service charges to the company people, they are least bothered to identify me as a customer.

                I take this as an act of FRAUD and customer mental harassment.
                I request you to take strong steps against this. I am currently unwell and under Doctor's treatment at Kolkata and they are not even attending me or my daughter's repeated requests.

                I want my AC installation service to get completed properly
                in next 1 working day or else if not done then the company must pay me compensation for the damages and replace the full compressor and associated unit.
                I want them to replace the compressor outdoor unit in case it gets damaged in
                windstorm/gets stolen/ or any other form of loss to it.

                Please take this request as early as possible.

                Voltas AC — Poor AC / Worst Service / Pathetic Support

                I registered the complaint on 28th May 2010 (Complaint no. 10MY2800602) but is still unattended.

                I purchased a new Voltas Vertis Gold i (5 Star) AC in April 2010 with a view that it will give me chilling winters feel this summer.

                After doing my homework on all ACs, finally i shortlisted Onida, Voltas and Carrier AC out of which i selected voltas due to association of big brand name like TATA group with it.

                I was very happy with this purchase but soon it proved to be a fake illusion. Only after one month o[censored]se, the AC stopped chilling. I called up the customer care and what they call 24 working hour support (actually 3 days as they consider 8 hours as working timing so 8 X 3 = 24 hours) they sent 2 people to check my AC.

                The person sent for ac checkup were casually dressed (not at all giving feel as if they even belong to a company). Anyways, out of my business, they checked the AC and told me that there is no GAS in the AC and another engineer will come tomorrow to fill the GAS in the AC and repair the leakage point. The AC actually has that manufacturing defect.

                I was very depressed that the new AC had such problem. Anyways, i waited the next day and the next day and the next day but nobody showed up.

                Finally i thought to re-call at the customer care. They assured me that the engineer will be coming tomorrow but as expected, there tomorrow never came and my AC is still not working.

                Now everyday i call them 3 times a day and in morning they say engieer will come today. In afternoon they say, that for sure engineer will come by evening and in evening they say that engineer will come tomorrow.

                I talked to the seniors at customer care and they again commit that engineer will come tomorrow and that never happens actually.

                Now again today at the time of writing this review, I had a word with the TL at there customer care (Mr. Ravinder) and he told me that engineer (Mr. Karim Khan) from Hemkunt Aircon will come tomorrow for sure.

                I am pretty sure that this is again not going to happen so i am taking my time at the night and writing the complaint / review so all the people in India may think lakh times before buying any Voltas / Tata product. Though they claim to be best but believe me they are the worst in this world.

                I was dreaming of chilling summers but they game me hot and depressing summers. What a wonderful product they have made and top of it what a wonderful service they give.

                Shame for Tatas.... Shame for Voltas.....

                I HAVE PURCHASED A VOLTAS AC ON 30 JUNE'10 FROM HARI OM ELECTRONICS ASHOK VIHAR & THE BACK SIDE COIL WAS DEFECTED FROM VERY FIRST DAY WE WERE COMPLAINING IN THE CUSTOMER SEVICE OF VOLTAS. OUR COMPLAINT NO. IS STILL NO ATTENDED(30/6/10-10JL300-4542, 5/7/10-10JL0502142, 12/7/10-10AU[protected], 18/8/10-10-AU--2876.) WE ARE VERY DEPRESSED WITH YOUR BEHAVIHOUR.

                Tata, Voltas — Pathetic service from Voltas

                I brought a 2 TON split AC from Voltas ( TATA ) on 24.03.2011 for Rs. 33500.00 & from day one its not working properly. First its start noising & after few days hot air is start blowing out of it. On complaining with the delar thru which i purchased the AC, he said same will be done in 2 working days & the person who visited my place told me that there is no gas left in the AC out door unit same needs to be refill & i refused to refill the same as i brought the new AC after paying full amount than why should i settle with some thing defective. Here i like to mentioned that recently i ask a local vendor to refill the gas on my another AC for the first time which i brought around 8-9 yrs ago.

                Than on 26.04.2011 i called at the customer care ( may be worst in the whole world ) [protected] & received a complaint no. 11AP2608072. After this i made number of calls to the service manager ( Mr. B.B.Dua ) & to the above mentioned customer care no. for mails ID of Mr. Dua / Mr. M.M.Mishra, FAX no. of HO but all my effort are in vain UNTIL i threaten Mr. Dua against the legal action thru consumer court. BUT I WAS WRONG

                Than he agreed to replace the out door defaulted unit & send somebody THRICE to note down the Serial no & ModeL no. & after all this he send some different model outdoor unit at my place which is less in amount & also 2* rated whereas the unit i purchase was 3* rated. And now he ask me to wait another 1 week for the replacement.

                I request you to kindly help me as i don't trust the service provided by the VOLTAS anymore & want my money back.
                Mr. B B Dua - Area Service Manager spoke with the customer, he has confirmed the unit is working fine.
                Voltas has pathetic service. I bought an Inverter AC from them; which stopped working after 2 years on account an IC failure; and the voltas people could not provide a replacement.

                After repeated followups they finally replaced the ac; The said they are offering discount on the M.R.P. but when i checked the online price it was the same amount that they charged me.

                  RespectedSir,

                  EXCLAIMER”I Mr.Bhavanesh Chopra bought VOLTAS SILVER 1.5 Ton 3S AC from Atul Radio House on 05/05/2012.
                  SR. No. of the ac is 45111375A12D001551 costing INR 27,000.
                  I installed my ac within 5 days of purchasing and since than I am facing problem with my outdoor unit which is making very loud noise hence causing disturbance. I called Customer Care and filed my complaint on 20/05/2012. My complaint no. is 12my2000866. An engineer from Voltas came to enquire about the problem, after all the check ups he told us that the problem might be caused due to incorrect installation so he will send installation people to check. After that,the installation people came and fitted the unit properly again but still there was no change or improvement in the unit so they told that they will send the engineer again but no one came. Then we again called Voltas Customer Care and after that also we didn’t got any reply we again called your Voltas Customer Care than your engineer came and checked the ac again and told us that there is a problem in the manufacture only and they took away the unit and told us that the new unit will be given to us. But as we faced the same problems before so for our satisfaction we noted the serial no. of the outdoor unit i.e.4511375k12d001451 without their knowledge. After 1 week they brought back our new unit but before installation when we cross checked the serial no. it was the same as noted before so when we enquired about it from the people who brought it they first denied that the unit is old one and told us that they have brought it from the warehouse a new piece but after sometime they told us the truth that it was the old unit only and they have just washed the old one and replaced the part and brought back to us. Then they installed the unit but the problem was as it is there it was still causing a lot of disturbance and they were not ready to accept that the problem has not being resolved. After that we called Mr.Om Tyagi on the same day i.e. 13/06/2012 and asked him to have a home visit so that the problem can we resolved,he promised us to visit us on FRIDAY 15/06/2012 but we got no response from him than we called him in the evening again on Friday he promised us to visit on the same day only so I waited whole day for him at my place only as I am a buisenessman so I also have my shop and I could not go there and had loss just because he has to visit my place but after all this also he didn’t visited my place till today i.e. 17/06/2012.
                  PERSON WHOM I CONTACTED FOR MY COMPLAINT AND GOT NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE and moreover when I called the customer care again WHAT I GOT TO HEAR IS THAT without my knowledge the complained has been closed. Im listing you the contacts below whom I contacted:

                    We had purchaed a new AC fron Noida Sec 18 Delaler for Voltas on 3rd June'12. Its not working properly since installation. Since 5th June we have complaint raised (12ju0500214). Swing is faulty, cooling is not proper but no one is helping in this case. We need replacement. PLs help.

                    Voltas window AC — Defective piece received

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have Puchased a Voltas vertis plus 1.5 ton window AC (model no.[protected] on 24/4/09, from

                    DANAM SALE CENTER,
                    225, Ambalathadaiyar Madam Street,
                    Puducheery-1, (Pondicherry).

                    They have sent me a Defective piece which is not in a working condition. From 25th April I am following daily to the above mention shop for replacement. But, he is not replacing the AC, daily he is telling I have requested a new piece, but not yet received. Today is 02/05/09 and still my AC is neither replaced nor installed.

                      I had bought the voltas Split AC 1.5Ton GOLD (3star) on[protected]. Till now i had more that 4 complaints and the last complaint is made on 28th May 2012 ie: water leakage at the indoor unit and gas is completely leaked this is the 3 time my AC having the same problem. My complaint NO: 12My2800257. Complaint made on 28th May 2012. now the date is 13th june 2012 till now i didn't got the service person to service i had called the voltas complaint cell more than 20 times but didn't got any response. Please let me know further and help to solve my problem. Else advise me on how to make a complaint in consumer court. thanks

                        Recently i have purchased 1 Ton 5 Star split AC from voltas(maruthi Aircon) , Teynampet. When i place the order the sales person shown different model[protected] ,but i got the different model ( at the time of delivery).

                        Temperature display unit was placed in the middle of the unit in which they delivered . But, when i look this model in Voltas (office ) this unit was placed in right side corner on the indoor unit.I have confirmed about the same with sale person ( Mr Umesh) at teynampet , voltas office.chennai.

                        When i call and discuss about the same after delivery he told that , this is the one we are getting.

                        you are right they are changing indoors . There is no match between indoor and outdoor units part numbers .

                        Be Aware of cheating !!! they change indoor, outdoor units, not match supplied by voltas (maruthi aircon)

                          I bought LG LED TV from Croma from Pimpri, Pune on 09 Jun 2012. The person making the bill told that he is putting the date of Delivery as 10 Jun 2012 as I am not available at home on weekdays. But when I called Croma Customer card on 10 Jun 2012, they told that the bill date is mentioned as 11 Jun 2012. This was First false commitment that I came to know. Then I registered the complaint with Customer care and after sometime I got call from Croma store and they told that they will deliver the product at 10 PM on 11 Jun 2012. But to my surprise when a person came from delivery he was not a Croma guy and told that he is just the delivery guy and cannot open or test the product. So I got a packed production with no Delivery service and no tested product. When I called customer to check about this they accepted that the production should have opened and shown to me and then they again took the complaint. Now I am not sure what will happen to my complain. CC also informed that a Croma person will come with in 48 hours for Demo. Not sure if that is also true or not.

                          So the truth is I paid the whole money on 09 Jun 2012 and my TV will actually start working on 13 Jun 2012. This is not at all Good service.

                          A local store in Pimpri promised me same day delivery. I should have trusted the local shop guy.

                            I purchased one Volas Split AC on 07.09.2008 vide invoice no. 80382 (Book No.1608) from M/s Pankaj Electronics, Yusuf Sarai, Main Road, Green Park, New Delhi-110016 with five years compressor warranty. On 19.05.2012, I lodged a complaint of some noise problem in the compressor. In the evening two persons came from M/S Mohyal Air Conditioning & Co. without any prior intimation and said (without checking anything) that there was no problem in the compressor (even though the same defect still exists). It seems that either the employees/ technicians of Mohyal Air Conditioning & Co. have very poor knowledge about Volas Split ACs or their only objective is to make money by befooling the public/consumers. Not only this they also demanded Rs. 350/-as service charges. When my wife informed them that the compressor was within the warranty period, they asked her to talk to Mr. Gautam, Owner of service centre, Mohyal Air Conditioning & Co, who in turn misbehaved with her and threatened her to face the consequences in case of non payment of service charges and said that he would cut our address from the office records and there will be no visit from voltas at my home in the future. I also registered a complaint at your customer care. Pease look into the matter and rectify the defect. Such behaviour was not expected from a company which claims to feel pride by rendering first rate customer service.

                              It is really a shameful to write Voltas that We purchase one water cooler on the brand name of voltas a tata group of company.
                              After purchasing the water cooler we purchased a tention also instead of chill water solution for our factory staff.
                              When the machine was installed the machine was not working.There is no Quality conntrol by the manufacturers.
                              After 5 days your mechanic came and opened the motor for replacement which has not been received so far.
                              We returned the defective machine to dealer from where we purchased the machine.
                              We spent 5000/- for to and fro of the machine.
                              The dealer refused to refund the payment since the motor was carried out by your voltas mechanic on 29/5/2012.
                              The company did not replied to our various mails and several telephone calls made.
                              I suggest all the indian consumers do not buy Voltas products I have a very bad experience.
                              If I do not receive the Motor from your company service centre, I will register the F I R to police department for cheating and harrassment to me.

                                im maninder reddy from vijayawada. i have bought split ac (voltas) on august 15 2011. they have told that 2 free servicings will be done one in the 6th month and other in 12th month. this is 11th month even a single servicing was not done and the ac was not working properly. i have called the customer care on 29th of may 2012 they have told that with in 24 hrs technician will call us but this is 11th day after my call. from 29th i have called many times but the same reply . no body contacted us. please i request you to look at the reviews about your customer care and servicing section then you will come to know how good are your servicing section working.

                                Voltas-AC — servicing for AC not done

                                Complaint for servicing of Voltas AC was made on the toll free No.[protected] on April 29, 2011 for which the company provided us Request No.11AP2903844 and CRM No.C2076124, but till date the servicing of my AC has not done.

                                I am purchase voltas ac 1.5 ton last month (Rathna fan house). My AC not cooling on 03.06.12 sunday night on wards, i am complaint on 04.06.12 southern comfort agency, nobody can response to me. That agency one person i am talk to him suddenly cut my call, this is to bad response. Totally i am upset. I am telling to him my wife is pergancy but nobody can response. Very very poor service. Still 08.06.12 nobody can attend the problem. So, i am go to private ac mechanic.

                                I am totally upset this kind of service.

                                i have bought an voltas split ac on 20/05/2012.during the time of installations your installer break the flap of ac, they said to repalce the flap in 2 -3 days but till yet they have done nothing regarding this .
                                i am totally harrased now with this type of commitment .

                                  Voltas AC — FAULTY SERVICE

                                  Your attention is attracted towards my complaint that inspite of this e mail no one reported. So we made the complaint on your toll free no Complaint no was 10SP1401853. Technician came on 15/9/2010 from TIMEX ENGINEERING CO and did not gave any receipt and did not charge and told us that he has fixed the problem, but after AC is on for 2-3 hours, again leakage starts and this time from front also. We choose to off the AC. Due to rain and cold climate we did n t use AC for some time. When we again started it was leaking badly from front as well as sides. Front panel was also working abruptly due to moisture. Again complaint was lodged on 24/9/2010 with complaint no 10SP2302218. Again technician came and told us that your front panel is not working needs to be changed and we have to pay for it. I told him that front panel has become out of order due to non rectification of leakage problem, but they insisted that they can not convince their superior and we have to pay.

                                  You are requested that we are at no fault and you are requested to pl get rectify our AC without any additional charges from us as we have already paid Rs 500 but things are not rectified by your tecnician. Early action is appreciated from Indian MNC.
                                  I ALSO HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR THE SERVICE OF VOLTAS, I LODGED THE COMPLAINT BEFORE A WEEK, BUT NO BODY TURNED UP TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. I CONTINEOUS TAKEN UP THE MATTER WITH AHMEDABAD OFFICE BUT NO BODY IS TAKEN CARE OF CUSTOMERS, THEY DAILY SAYS THAT TODAY THE TECHNICIAN WILL VISIT BUT NO BODY CAME.
                                  I ADVISE ALL THE READER NEVER PURCHASE VOLTAS PRODUCT, THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY IS POOREST IN THE WORLD.

                                    Air Conditioner Service request not being addressed even after the passage of 20 days in such a hot weather

                                    My VOLTAS AC 1.5 ton Xcite, window air conditioner is in need of the service as it has stopped working in less than one year, I have already lodged the complaint at helpline numbers.Even after a lot of follow up Voltas technician has not visited my place.

                                    The call centre is extremely rubbish as they dont have any reply except Sorry Sir, Sorry for inconvenience.

                                    No one has turned up from VOLTAS. I am regularly calling helpline number[protected] or[protected] to discuss the issue. I am writing mails even to their Corporate office. Except assurance, we are not getting anything.

                                    I too sincerely urge not to opt TATA products. They are worst in quality and services

                                      We have purchased a voltas 1.5 ton window ac, but since the day we have purchase, its compressor is not working properly. Whenever we start the ac, it drips the main fuse.
                                      We have contacted the retailer many times but he clearly refuses to attwnd the complain saying that it is a matter which the company have to look after directly and he can't do anything.
                                      So, you are kindly requested to send someone to look after the complain immediatly as we are facing a lot of inconvinience due to this.

                                      Volta AC — AC is not Working

                                      I have purchased 2 Voltas Vertis AC on 26-March-2010 from Croma Retail Palam Vihar Gurgaon. Our One AC is perfectly working but second AC had some problem it is not working with 200 Output Voltage..
                                      I have raised the complaint on 06-May-2010 no. 10MY0600131. My humble request you to please intervene to close the compaint as well my issue ASAP.....

                                      3 times Croma retails has changed my Stablizer also but it still not working...

                                      I've purchased two VOLTAS VARIETY PREMIUM 1.0 TN SPLIT AC SET on 24-APR-2010 and installed on 26-APR-2010. After approx 8 - 10 days use, one of my AC started showing problem. As a result, I immediately inform that to the Customer Care & the Complain No is - 10MI1400566.

                                      Your technical team has arrived on that very same day and reported some problem in - "Indoor unit fan motor & P.C.B defective".

                                      As a result I've immediately asked the Electric Engineer to investigate with the entire systems and found no problem as reported by him. Also, I would like to add - we've recently moved here as this is brand new complex. So, the problem with electric cables apparently less likely and that is also suggested by the engineer, too. I also called CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) and asked about voltage problem during that period (When we've noticed the problem in AC for the first time) where i live and found no evidence which suggest voltage fluctuates might cause this.

                                      Since, I've used it for merely couple of days (Not even a single month) and i don't want to repair this new staff that is not at all accepted at any reason which is believed to be defective prior to delivery. Hence, I've requested your customer care officer to replace the existing unit with a brand new one.

                                      On 15-APR-2010, I've requested to replace this and your customer care officer did inform me that someone from the technical team would contact me in this regard. But, no one from your technical team has ever called me on that day. As a result i called again (On 16-APR-2010) with your customer care officer and this time a lady again take this issue and as previous experience she also send this information to the higher authority and informed me about the same approach would be taken i.e. one person from technical team would call within 18-MAY-2010. But, again no one has called me during this time.

                                      That really frustrates me, but again today on 19-APR-2010 i called one of your customer care officer and again she told me to wait for today which is not at all acceptable by me then. Then only she gave me Voltas HQ Number of Kolkata.

                                      I did call on that numbers and this time one person has informed me that he would call me within few hours and that never happens. After a couple of hours when i tried to contact on that numbers - simply no response has given.

                                      Again i called your customer care officer and asked about the scenario. This time he passes my case to his senior and as reported by your senior Customer Care that he needs one more day to process this and would be able to inform me about the status. So, I'm waiting for that but lose my faith on all these officers of your team unfortunately.

                                      So, I decide to send you this mail. As a brand - "Do you think it is justifying treatment by your organization and irresponsible employees in such manner?". I've purchased two ac because i need it badly and here i get the response from your team. Do you think being a well establish brand like yours need any more good responsible customer relationship efforts as there are plenty of other customers will still come because of the existing brand value?

                                      How long someone would wait in such summer time when I've purchased it and of no use now?

                                      Hence, I'm requesting you to please take that immediate step and get me rid out of this mess - if you still care about that little percentage of customers who are not happy with the service they received from a big brand like yours. Do you think it increase the responsibilities more?

                                      i am amarjeet singh. I am approval vendor of indian overseas bank. actually, we purchased 2no's ductable unit of 5.5 ton air conditions from the dealer BABAJI ENTERPRISES it located at shop no. 4, shiv mandir, titar pur , new delhi. Being a approval we had installed the A/C's. But A/C's is not able to run. we have complaint many times we are not getting any reponce fromm BABAJI as well voltas. hardly we your contact from rajeev.                                         I HAD PURCHASED VOLTAS VERTIS PREMIUM AC FROM M/S.KUMAR TV HOUSE, RAJPURA VIDE BILL NO.309 DTD.23/05/2009. ON 08/05/2012 SUDDENLY AC COMPRESSOR BURST AND MECHANIC OF THE SAID FIRM HAS TAKEN AWAY THE AC FROM MY HOME. I ALSO LODGED ON LINE COMPLAINT WITH THE COMPANY BUT TILL DATE, AC COMPRESSOR HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED. THE SAID SELLER TOLD ME THAT THE COMPANY DID NOT BOTHER TO THEIR CUSTOMER. PL SUGGEST WHAT TO DO.
