[Resolved] Tata Voltas — deep freezer thermostat not working | |
Dear Sir, This is with reference to the Deep Freezer we have purchased in May'12. From the day one we are facing problem with this deep freezer. We have made a complain first time on 5th June'12 vide Complaint No.12JU0507418. After that we have again made a complain on 7th June, 11th June, 12th June, 13th June & 16th June. Every time we get a reply that the problem will be soved by today itself. The name of the person to whom we have talked today is Mr. Viney. It is very surprising that for a small complaint (Thermostate not Working) we have to wait so long. Now I am getting a feeling that I have selected a wrong product.
