[Resolved] Tata Voltas — Complaint Voltas AC | |||
Sir / Madam I have mailed and called Voltas customer care several times but all in vain a s there is no reponse from there side. Voltas request No.10OC1302682. It is been pending from almost 4 months or may be more. The AC was under warranty at the time the engineer visited and took a part which needed replacement but till today it has not been replaced and I have been calling the customer care number several times and they always say that it is out of stock and within 24 hrs somebody will revert back. If they cannot change the part then they must change the complete AC. As I have to shift from this house. Kindly revert with solution. I hace also sent mail at [protected]@core.nic.in but no response has been received till now. but Before some days My AC fan is Running But Compressor is That he was not cooling the room i Commplaned Your Cervice Office He Repair The Ac But He Did not completely OK and your employ and worker asked that i have resign the voltas company because Every day customer came here and write our complain so i was verry tired i am not help you you complained the head office I Don't know where is head office i request you that you solved my problem.

AC — Part not replaced
Voltas request No.10OC1302682. It is been pending from almost 3 months or may be more.
