[Resolved]  Tata Walky — Non replacement of Faulty Instrument

It is to state that I have been using The Tata Walky post paid landline phone since past 10 years. the company had provided the instrument after taking a deposit. In spite of my repeated requests the company have not replaced the old instrument till date. I have been repeatedly complaining regarding the instrument but to no avail. every time he service personnel of the company would come & charge a hefty Rs.75/- per visit do some minor repairing to the instrument & leave. as a result of which i have not been able to use the phone instrument at all for more than 1 minute at a time.the phone would invariably dis connect after 1-2 minutes. in this regard i even talked to the service center & Mr. Jairath had issued me request no:[protected] then, after some time some one named Mr. Deepak called me on my mobile from no: [protected]. the fellow talked in the most un professional manner & told me that they are not able to provide any better service to the customers & they are not ready to provide the new instrument in place of faulty instrument.this leaves me with no option but to cancel the services as i cannot use the said instrument.
it is deeply regretted that a service provider like Tatas behave in such a manner with such a old customer.

Sir/Madam,
In order to draw your kind attention to the problem which i was facing from last 2 weeks.

I contacted customer care several times but no action is taken till date.

From 1st week of september everyone complaining me that my phone was not working, everytime they called me they got a message that my phone is busy or either swithched off. I thought that there was some problem in my handset so i called customer centre.

Then my problem got raised because i received a call from customer care executive on 11th that someone is misusing my phone. So again i complaint customer care that someone is cloning my phone. Even when i called my walky #[protected] someonelse picked the phone and he disconnected and after it he never picked our phone.

Last time on 19th or 20th i called Customer care and they told me that my outstanding bill amount is in excess of Rs 7, 000/-, if you see the history of my previous usage you will never found this much o[censored]sage. They told me that i have to wait till 5th of October because my next bill will generate on this day. Then they can trace all my calls that from which area that calls had done or they can know that from which area my # got clonned. After that we can resolve this issue. My Complaint number is[protected]

Please note that i will not pay this much of amount or you can disconnect my phone if my problem will not solved.

I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve the things.

Tata Walky — TATA Walky not working

Tata Walky — Wrong number

I applied for TATA walky on 05/11/2009 for my residence at Noida but number alloted to me is of a Delhi Number. I am unable to use the phone. On making request to dealer no satisfactory reply received.
You should take up the matter with the store/company who sold it to you, they usually give good service. I had a Walky that stopped working (no calls outgoing/incoming), i called the customer service and they said they would send someone but they kept delaying. I called the company (a private telecaller company) who sold this to me and they seemed to know the problem and said they would get it replaced, he made an appointment for pickup the same day and he gave me a new set the next day only, all problems solved, I was very satisfied.

Tata Walky — surrender of 2 instruments

We are in possession of 4 telephones, two of which are post paid. Their Nos are[protected] and[protected] which we do not require anymore and wish to surrender. What should be done?

This letter is to inform the concern authorities that, I, Ryan D'rozario, am very unhappy with the Tata Walky handset and the services provided. My Tata Walky no being 64536824 and my account no:[protected]. I have been using the handset for the past 2 and a half yrs, and recently started facing problems with the handset for which i have also launched complaints but to no avail. The complaint details are as follows:

Complaint No:[protected] on 3/10/10
Complaint No:[protected] on 14/10/10
Each of these times that the handset was replaced, the seal was already broken and had some problem or the other.
I hope that the concern authorities take adequate action as soon as possible.
